The food was good. We unintentionally arrived 15 minutes prior to closing 8pm. Ordered chicken and pork tamales and one of each empanada (beef, chicken and spinach), beef was superior. Tamales were heavily seasoned with thick masa. Clean, pleasant dining room. Self serve soft drinks. Good prices.

Authentic delicious food! You will go to the counter to order your food and they will bring it to your table. We had the chicken, soft tacos and empanadas. It was all fantastic! Going to try the tamales next time!

Authentic Peruvian rotisserie chicken! Excellent food and nice side dishes. They also make Lomo Saltado but dropped the ceviche. It's always great food. How do I know? I was in Peru last year.

As a person with dietary restrictions and celiac disease I found plenty of options here. The establishment was clean and the prices were fantastic. I ended up eating there and taking food home for later. I live over an hour away and I will definitely be making a special trip back just for this. I've eaten at several other Peruvian restaurants in the Wilmington and triangle area but this one beats the pants off of those in both price and quality. The worst part of my experience was having to travel with that amazing smelling food in my car and not having the ability of eating it. Their food is so good it makes me consider moving to Calabash just to be in closer proximity.

We have dinner here many times since they opened. We love the food. It's always flavorful and spicy but not too hot. The prices are reasonable and the service exceptional! Thank you much!

I cannot believe that in all of my time living in the area, I’ve only just tried this place. The chicken is PACKED with flavor and the empanadas are to die for. The chicken empanada is my absolute favorite. The filling is finely shredded, seasoned to a tee and the chimichurri that comes with it…. Wow. I worried that things would be too spicy (I’m sensitive to spices) but they have plenty of options. The only thing I haven’t cared for personally has been the coleslaw, and I think that’s totally a preference thing, nothing to do with quality. The staff is also freaking awesome. On one occasion, the staff allowed my DoorDash driver to pick up my Order after they had already closed because of an issue on DoorDashs end. On my second visit I wasn’t sure what the sauce that came with the empanadas was, so the woman behind the counter very nicely explained that it was a garlic chimichurri. I can tell by my interactions that all of the staff are kind people. Might be my new favorite spot in calabash.

One of our favorite restaurants to eat at when we go to the beach. Love their tacos and rotisserie chicken. Their yuca and plantains are awesome as well. My wife always gets their empanadas and she loves them. Glad we did a quick little day trip grab some dinner. Thanks for awesome food!!!

The food was amazing! Best flan I've ever had. The green sauce they gave for the spinach and ricotta empanada put it over the top. The tamales were flavorful and meaty. The staff friendly and warm. Can't say enough good about this restaurant!!!

Absolutely love! As locals, me and my mom agree this is the best restaurant around. Family-owned business that goes above and beyond. Fresh, flavorful, and affordable! 5 stars all the way!
