What
a
great
little,
but
important,
facility!
You
can
tell
there
is
a
lot
of
deep
care
for
these
animals
and
a
commitment
to
doing
what
is
right
for
them,
ethically,
physically,
and
humanely.
There
is
a
lot
of
education
that
happens
for
visitors
on
the
short
tour
without
you
even
realizing
it
is
happening;
learning
about
breeding,
phenotyping,
habitat,
etc.
Sabrina
was
our
tour
guide
and
she
was
super
personable,
answered
every
question
from
members
of
the
group,
and
had
a
lot
of
great
quips
and
little
jokes
that
anyone
who
appreciates
dad
humor
would
love.
An
unexpected
perk
was
that
the
entire
walkway
for
the
tour
groups
is
a
concrete
path
that
is
covered
and
has
ceiling
fans
and
a
bench
that
runs
the
length
of
the
walkway.
The
gift
shop
is
airconditioned
and
sells
lots
of
items
that
range
from
the
traditional
inexpensive
items
to
the
more
specific
and
personalized
with
art
and
plaster
casts
made
by
the
resident
animals.
We
will
certainly
be
back
to
take
advantage
of
another
tour
and
probably
an
overnight
stay
with
them
as
well.
