EDITED: Dr. P's did a fabulous job replacing our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. David and Kane dismantled the old system, and installed the new system and we were cooling off within 9 hours. They did also worked on our duct system to improve the flow throughout the house. They were very respectful of our property and understood that we were working from home, the noise was kept to a minimum. Robbie also came and installed a whole house humidifier. He did an excellent job. Again very respectful of the property and the fact that someone was working from home. Looking forward to not having to run room humidifiers in the winter. Peter, the owner, and Jodie, office manager, were very responsive and easy to work with and took the time to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. P's to anyone who has any HVAC needs whether it is repair or replacement.

Robbie, my technician arrived timely as scheduled. Courteous and professional throughout the service visit for my furnace maintenance check. Kept me apprised of each step of the furnace check and the results, as well as offering information on new services that I might be interested in.

Jason was awesome!!! He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was honest and made sure that our unit was working great and wasn’t trying to push outrageous services. I look forward using Dr. P’s at our home for years to come.

We were desperate for a service call for our furnace. The person taking the call for the appointment was pleasant and down to earth, she was able to get us right in for an appointment for the next day. Robbie H was a delight to have visit us. He was on time, wore shoe slippers, and made us feel very comfortable. He was informative and did a really good inspection.

I came home from vacation on a Sunday evening. I emailed Dr P's late in the evening and got an immediate response. I got an appointment on Monday morning between 8am & 10am. Robbie H.came and was very thorough in finding my problem. Robbie H was a pleasure to work with on my repairs and explained all steps to get my AC up and running. I highly recommend Dr.P's and very pleased with the service from Robbie H. Thanks for the excellence service!!!

On Saturday afternoon, our AC stopped cooling. I completed the form online to request an appointment. Within an hour, on a Saturday afternoon, Peter called and said he would come out at 9am on Sunday. The emergency service call was totally reasonable, and I was not willing to wait until Monday to have it looked at. Peter showed up on time and delivered the bad news-the AC was done (it was 23yo, so I figured). He told me he could install the next day. Well, it's Monday afternoon, and I already have a new AC installed and the house is at a comfortable temp! That is the fastest HVAC service we have experienced. I am so thankful! Peter and crew were prompt, professional, and kind. Highly, highly recommend!

My air conditioner stopped working over a long weekend, but Robbie came out first thing on the Tuesday. He was wonderful - explained everything he was doing, found the problem immediately, and got the unit up and running. He also cleaned and serviced the unit, explained my options for service plans, gave me clear estimates, and was incredibly helpful and professional. He was up front with me about the condition of my very old HVAC system and offered to get me an estimate for eventual replacement while also fixing the system today. Robbie did a great job and I'll be sticking with Dr. P's for my HVAC needs in future!

Pete, Jodi, Robbie, Kane, and the entire crew at Dr. P’s are amazing. Top notch service! Professional! Great equipment, affordable prices, and fast too!! 10 out of 10, won’t use anyone else! He even threw in a free maitenence while they were there!!
