Shipping isn't the only service at this place! She made me feel like I was the only one in the world during that hour, and it all started with a hug. The customer service clerk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Upon arrival she had taken my heavy box from me that I was having trouble carrying. Despite traveling from out of town and not being able to print a return label, she was able to help me to print a label, tape up my package and prepare it for shipping. It's a small town operation, but as efficient as the large one in my home town.

Always a pleasure stopping by, I drop UPS packages off at the Roseto Mailroom several times a week most weeks, and the clerks are always very nice and know what they are doing. Quick and easy every time, great business ran by great people!
