Easily one of the most memorable places I’ve ever been in my lifetime. Leaving all I could wonder is when the next time I might return. Breathtaking views and plenty of space to claim on the beach. The sand might be a little warm, the water will fox that. Parking was a bit crowded, however it looked like they were constructing a new parking area. Didn’t cost anything to access the beach. The walk down could be a bit difficult for those with mobility issues.

The coolest sand is on miners Beach. It is thicker than normal sand so doesn't blow all over and it is so pretty. Flat rocks with a over flow on another side of the sand that the kids really loved. You can also walk the rock wall to find caves with a rope to swing we didn't go with the little ones but heard it was awesome. Enjoyed watching a beautiful wedding which brought us to the beautiful Upper peninsula of Michigan.

This is my favorite place in the world. Photos from October 16th, 2021. The sound of the waves, the way the earth pulls at you, the warm sand underfoot- its all so serene. I love picking up rocks at this beach, battered by Superior herself, each tells a story. I don’t live close anymore but I’ll be back for sure.

This is my favorite beach in Michigan. You can't beat swimming with Pictured Rocks as your backdrop and walking along the shoreline with smooth colorful rocks on the waters edge to look through. I love that this beach is dog-friendly and we were able to have a beach day with our pup there. There is no cell service which honestly was great. We didn't even read the books we brought... we were too busy just relaxing and taking in the beauty.

Gorgeous beach. Kayaking company was happily sending people on their journey to Pictured Rocks. Sand is like powdered sugar, which is great for a short walk, but a long walk... Two parking lots. If you take the walk from the smaller one it comes right out by Elliot Falls.

Great place to relax on the beach. Nice and sandy with some rocks. Don't set up too close to the shore because when the tour boats go by there wake will drench you and your stuff😂 Almost watched a baby get carried away so FYI.
