I have never had such friendly an attentive service. Being in a tourist area I’d expect the prices to be inflated but they were on par with any good sushi restaurant. I have sent back more Toro than I’ve eaten in my life and Zento’s Toro was to die for yummy! Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. If you go, save room for desert. I highly recommend the fried cheese cake. You will thank me later.

This sushi was AMAZING! My daughter and I visited this restaurant on a bustling Monday night! Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. Right away she brought over complimentary miso soup and a small sushi roll to try. While waiting we saw what was served to the table behind us and got even more excited for what was to come! We ordered the Zento Roll, Crazy Girl Roll and Double Salmon Roll. The sushi was beautifully presented. The fish melted in our mouths! It has been the best sushi I’ve had since moving from CA and now living in NY. This establishment was clearly the place to be because we saw many tables come and go while we were there.

I chose this place on a whim with no prior research; I was hoping for good sushi and that is exactly what they delivered! I was pleasantly surprised with complementary soup and a fried appetizer, both delicious. I ordered raw sushi with tuna and salmon, they were brought out in a fast manner and tasted very fresh. The booths had very tall backs, which provided excellent intimacy and atmosphere for my party. Another party in the booth behind me had someone with a birthday. Upon the server hearing about it, they played a birthday song over the speakers and made a spectacle for the birthday person. The booth behind me seemed delighted at whatever had been bought out, I didn’t get a good look due to the booth’s wall height. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience. I was extremely happy with my food, the atmosphere, and the pricing was quite affordable. 1000% would eat here again!

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a sit down restaurant. Our server was great. They brought out free appetizers the minute we sat down and the sushi, hibachi and dessert was awesome. Fantastic.

Ate here while visiting St Augustine and it was honestly some of the best sushi I’ve ever had!! So delicious! The atmosphere was good, our server was so sweet and attentive. 10/10 recommend ❤️

Sushi and service are exceptional. New boba tea options added to the delicious menu. Zento roll and Hana roll recommended, as well as sweet potato roll. Amazing service from walking in the door thru exit. Loved every moment. Relaxing chill vibe

This was our first meal in St Augustine Beach. We were tired after long drive from SC and hungry. The place is unassuming from the outside. Inside, it's chic with cozy booths and gleaming marble floors. Our server was friendly and efficient. We were greeted with complimentary appetizers and soup. The Hibachi scallops were amazing! It included delicious seared scallops, vegetables, noodles, fried rice. Generous portions. Flavors spectacular! This appears to be very authentic Japanese. We had an amazing dinner for two for around $35. Recommend!!!

This place is a joke. Sushi looked like someone’s first time ever making sushi. Made a huge error on my vegan order and tried to blame door dash, had to trash my entire order but it was probably for the best. Zero stars, bad food and terrible service. Pic is the ginger salad..iceberg lettuce with a tomato slice. - In response to your very nice message. When l RETURNED the fish order l was told it was “complimentary.” Then l had to prove that l was charged for it even though l did NOT order/eat it. When l returned it and asked for a refund l was told it was door dash responsibility. I don’t want another veggie roll, l want a refund for the Fraudulent charge or l will report you the Better Business Bureau.
