Excellent Workout! Great Staff! There's a ton of variety from the more intense (Cycling and HIIT) to low impact (Pilates and Barre). I'm only in town periodically and purchased a package of classes: Without a membership, you can only access the saunas during staffed hours; but, to my surprise, no matter who is at the front desk, no one ever tries to pressure me into getting a membership. Which I appreciate tremendously 🙏 Thanks for being awesome 🔥

This is the “gym” of all gyms. It’s 24/7 it’s got everything you need. Rowing, cycling, HITT classes, and so many yoga classes to chose from. It’s secure with private code access. It’s not just another yoga place it’s the gym you need. Especially if you like a quiet environment to work out the silent trainer in the free weights zone is great. No paying for a trainer the exercises are all on tv screen in front of you both in the saunas and free weights are. Simply couldn’t recommend it any more!! There is staff during specific hours, all of which are extremely friendly and helpful. I see Robin the most frequently and she knows every person by name and with as busy as it is that blows my mind!

Hotworx Bedford is positively life changing! Not only are the workouts challenging and restorative, but the environment is super positive and encouraging. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to be treated like a valued member of the family!

I love HOTWORX! I think you get to do a lot of fitness if you don’t have a lot of time. You can access the studio to workout any time of day which is really convenient. They have a shower here if you are stopping by before work. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They are always doing raffles or when you workout you earn points to spend on the HOTWORX store. The workouts are challenging but have adjustments for every fitness level.

Love the team over at HOTWORX in Bedford, NH! The facility is always meticulously clean and everyone is so friendly. The workouts are relaxing and effective. Definitely worth giving it a try if you haven't already!

Seriously the best and most efficient work out I have ever done! You are literally hooked after your first session and it’s so easy to come in at any time and book your session! I love it and highly recommend it to everyone!

Tried my first class today: Hot Barre!! Loved it! I was hesitant about working out in the heat but it’s a dry heat and tolerable. Love the 24 hour flexibility and the reasonable monthly rate. Thank you to Nicole for introducing me to Hotworx! 🐶♥️♥️

Such a great place to workout! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The saunas are incredible for stretching and detoxing. Always leave feeling way better than before!

HOTWORX Bedford is great! The staff is very friendly. The studio and saunas are very clean. There is a great variety of workouts to choose from. I love having 24/7 access to the infrared saunas.

I am a little over a month in and love it! It’s getting cold and I cannot wait to warm up in the sauna and work out together. Katie and Meg have been so encouraging and supportive.
