The guys working in the yard loading trucks are great, they do their best to get you in and out of there as fast as possible while being friendly. The guy in the office on the other hand seems to have a real attitude problem with certain truck drivers, just plain rude but you only have to deal with him briefly. Definitely one of the better places to load.

Loaded me all wrong. I was loaded with 8 drops and I had stuff in different sections of the trailer making it extremely hard for me to find the serial numbers so that I could personally mark the crates with their designated drop positions. This makes it easier for me the carrier to do my job when I arrive at the different consignees. Plus they loaded later drops on top of earlier drops which makes for a disaster. Why, because different stores even owned by the same company don't want the responsibility of offloading an item and then reloading it on the delivery trailer if it doesn't belong to them.. Why you may ask? Because if they happen to damage the product they are now responsible for it. I load at different BRP shipping facilities across the country and all of them allow us to get off the truck and mark each item while being loaded with its corresponding delivery position making it easier for us and the consignee removing the product to know what belongs to whom.

Very nice and courteous loader, Freddy was awesome such an asset to any company 😉 easy first time loading experience for my huby with P&S transporter~~ UPDATE BUT they mixed the load up BAD we wasted a lot of time having to sort it out AND the paperwork was all mixed up also!!! Wasted 3 hours of our trucking time at 1 drop due to that 😆 messed up our day!!! They NEED to do better!!!! Cost us $$$$

They don’t take that long for loading. Yard instructions are pretty simple
