The absolute best fried chicken in Austin. Every location is always on point. Staff is awesome. Classic Nugs - 5/5 Tingly Tots - 5/5 Everything on the menu is fantastic. The Nugs are insanely delicious. Any flavor. Always fresh, crispy, and sooo tasty. The tingly tots are a must order. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Austin.

Best food truck on 6th street. Paid 18$ for Nuggets, tater tots, and a fiji water. Best chiken ive ever had and you will get so full the portion sizes are really big almost for 2 people. Dont get anything else GET THE NUGGETS !! The green sauce is amazing aswell but be aware it mayy be so good u wont want to leave Austin. Only real drawback is that they have 1 dude working the truck so it took like 30 mins to b ready but damn was that chicken worth it

i don’t even know where to start! the staff was kind and helpful in providing recommendations and getting our food to us fairly quickly. we went into zilker brewery next door and selected a drink. by the time we came back out, our food was ready for us to eat. we both had the 5 pcs fried chicken. the sweet honey chili hits different and i cleared that plate. we also got the panang curry with roti. this is the medium spice level curry and was very flavorful and a great level of spice, for someone who does love spice. finished it in no time and drank the curry from the container. it was that good! i actually ate all of my food before my date finished his. he was happy and surprised i loved it so much. this was his second time going to Spicy Boy’s which is why we came here because he really enjoyed his last meal here. pls do yourself a favor and check out spicy boys fried chicken! i will be back to try more of the menu!

They do mean it: it's spicy. Even the "naked" breaded chicken or cauliflower nuggets still have some heat. Hard to choose between several distinct sauces/finishing flavors. Quick service. Convenient enough for Zilker Brewing, including that they have an ordering kiosk inside ZBC. Enjoyed it!

Was recommended by a friend who had stumbled on it when he was down in Austin. Some really amazing chicken here. Got the hot chicken nuggets, and they were delicious. Wish I had twice the amount, plus the dipping sauce was a great complement. Also got an order of the bread with curry sauce which was excellent. Overall would 100% come back, especially to try the chicken sandwich that looked awesome.

Solid chicken sandwich. If you are looking for a great spot to get a beer and some amazing food I would highly suggest swinging by here.

Given the amazing reviews, I was very excited. Sadly - I was disappointed in both the quality of the food and the portion size (the chicken sandwich was too small - I’m not a big person and I was still hungry after eating it…). Sad! Really wanted to like it. Also, the tots were tasty but over seasoned / too salty.

Was recommended this place by friends in Dallas. I have to say, the food here does not disappoint. I grabbed their bone in specialty and roti with curry. Everything is so flavorful and so savory. My favorite was the curry, so creamy and tasty, I was considering coming back the same day to get it again 😂 I would recommend this place again and again! Will come back next time im in Austin.

So good. Chicken was absolutely delicious fried to perfection. We had the wings as well as the sandwich and it was so so delicious. Definitely try it out
