This urgent care is top notch. From the doctors to the front desk, the staff is extremely professional and courteous. The facility is well put together clean and hygienic. There was only minimal wait time which made it very convenient. I would definitely come back to this center for any future needs!

Went here for my annual physical and loved the entire experience. The facility is immaculate and the staffing is very attentive and professional. Everyone from the NA to Dr DeJean made my experience wonderful and felt comfortable discussing all things regarding my health. This is what the standard should be for all physicians experiences, little to no wait time.

I love this urgent care! They are so quick and efficient, the doctors and the medical staff are really accommodating and caring. I went for PCR test and got my results within 1 hour. Overall, I highly recommend this facility.

The entire staff is amazing. They provide each patient with the individual care that they need and they also work quick. Patients are promptly taken in so there are no long wait times and the facility itself is very up to date, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Avoid. I havent been able to walk for 3 weeks and I STILL CANNOT - just because of paper work. Good doctors but the admin at this company is scary. Tried to get an x-ray "faxed" - i know, in 2023. It turns out - they have so many fax numbers, they couldnt get it. I then had to get it redone - the xray at NJ Imaging Center broke lol - and get an MRI. But they didnt file ANY paperwork with my insurance. NJ IMC cancelled the appointment. I called and called and called - if you're reading this, you probably got timed out waiting or dialling the wrong number or going to some "call center" where nobody knows who you are. Eventually I was told that the paperwork would be done. I'd get new appointments. The only call I got was to say I'd missed an appointmetn - the one I cancelled. Why are we paying for all of these call centers that do nothing? Why isn't NJ and NY state health departments closing scam shows like this? How will we ever get to actual healthcare if we can't get through admin people who just dont care. full stop. I got some number to make a complaint - and it doesnt work. I Googled it to see if I made a mistake and there were no listings for it - bizarre. I'd love to be the CEO of this company interviewing my CIO about how our 1970's technology doesnt work no does our 2023 tech stack. What an embarrasment - except this is negligible in an area of HUMAN HEALTHCARE.

Wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I only have (1) one complaint No Tropicana 1. Apple Juice 2. Grape juice 3. Pineapple

The best clinic around. Honestly it took me a very long while to find a good Primary care doctor, and Dr. Jo-Ann Dejean is amazing ! She listens and answers any question you have, she doesn't make you feel stupid about them (which unfortunately I've had that in the past) very patient and isn't rushing you out the door. I have never waited very long here to be seen, and everyone else who works here is very kind and helpful! This place is a gem! I'm so grateful my insurance is taken here to have found them!

This place is a gem. First off, it’s always hard to find parking in North Bergen but there is a parking lot on the side of the building for this place - amazing! Second, 1 hour PCR testing is a game changer… I was able to get a same day appointment and test results for a flight last minute without any issues.The lady on the phone and at reception were very nice and professional. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!
