I’m glad my insurance company recommended this office. Everyone is a so welcoming and friendly. First time in the office and I feel like I’m already developing a relationship. A dentist office can be scary to me but knowing the people around you makes the journey a whole lot nicer. Dr Chaudaray and Sonya were great. Leanne was friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better Dentist. He Cares and it shows. He has always listened to what I want and need for me. And does his best to make it happen. His work is excellent. Dr Gleichman has been my dentist for many years. Lindsey has been my technician for those years. Everything has always been great at Dental Associates. Patients now receive an email prior to their visit asking the patient to fill out a questionnaire before they go to your appointment. I received by email the day before my appointment, except the link to open up the questionnaire did not work. I received another email the morning of my 8:30 appointment, so I had to scramble to complete it and get to the appointment. I recommend this questionnaire be sent several days before the appointment instead of only one day before. That is the way my medical doctor’s office does it, and it works great since there is extra time to complete it.

Overall, my experience was great! I’ve been going here for years and always have a great experience. Hygienist was amazing and really listened to my concerns with a few of my teeth. Dentist was great!

Dr. Biegert was amazing with my daughter. She was so nervous for her procedure. Dr. B took the time to talk her through the procedure, show her all the instruments and his they work, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. His compassion was so appreciated! Thank you Dr. B!!
