It is my transport of choice when I want to visit Los Angeles. You can drive and park in its many well lit parking areas. I have found that the train allows me to enjoy a good read, keep up with my social networks without the hassle of driving bumper to bumper every day. Now if I could only find WiFi in the RR cars, that my friend would be sweet.

I gave it one star because without giving at least one star, you are not afforded the possibility to comment. Palmdale station is pretty but had no schedules available, neither posted nor in pamflet form. There was no customer service and calling a central information number left me frustrated after being forced to deal with an automated menu and then left on hold until I gave up. Therefore in spite of the building being pretty, the center is pretty much useless.

Bus 1 driver to Palmdale is useless. Train arrives around 7:40pm and that driver every single day is rushing to get out of the station with an empty bus right before the train arrives so everyone relying on it has to wait in this dangerous area at night in the cold until it circles back around again. People get robbed in this area and there's elderly people and women using this train at this time.

Not so safe to travel. Some guys were arguing no security around I was annoyed

I like the fact that there r heaters n the outside waiting areas. The trains r usually on X + I have a service animal, cuz I'm n a wheelchair & handicap,& I💖 that she is welcome 2 ride along with me. There is something that bothered me, the last X I took the Metrolink, I was smoking a cigarette n the front, n the approved area 4 smoking & the security guard came 2 me & said"could u move 2 the other side so u'll b upwind of the non smokers?I know u're n the approved area but cuz the wind is blowing this way ur smoke is being blown here 2."Then he said he was going 2 post signs 2 that effect. I try 2b conciderate 2 any1 who doesn't smoke & only smoke where permitted, but 2 have any1 who smokes 2 make sure they're up wind & change their position every X the wind changes direction is completely absurd! Smokers would b Running around so much trying 2 keep up wind they'd never have X 2 enjoy their cig's.

I like it lobby is big tv, candy machine , and coffee or soda , the most important, is the Air conditioning , and clean toilets .

I was treated with disrespect and suspension by the employee's.
