I have been going to this gym for a few months now and have had an overall pretty good experience. Unfortunately there is one worker named Ian who I have had multiple bad experiences with. Not only have I caught him multiple times talking about the way members look, but also making fun of the way they talk or things they wear. I have also asked him for help moving a box once before, where he then proceeded to ask me and my friend for tips and simultaneously complained about the fact that we asked him to help us at all. All of this has been reported to staff, and I was informed that I am not the only person to have complained about him. I think that people considering coming here should also be aware of his actions and the way he decides to represent EOS, and hopefully some sort of action can be taken to better his professionalism.

The equipment and area is always kept clean. Its never too crowded even when the parking lot is full. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that it's always cold in there but mid workout you're grateful for it. Update: I've been going here for over year now and my only con of this place is that the locker rooms are always dirty. They have a sign up sheet in the bathrooms where staff checks "every couple hours" but it's never filled out and always outdated by at least 2 days. At one point the pool area smelled like poo and a month later the health department shut down their pool and hot tub. When they finally reopened it a month later the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes before you even made into the pool. Weight area and machine area is still kept clean and its mostly because of members. I think a gas station bathroom is cleaner than their bathrooms. In the winters there are homeless people who sleep in the sauna or relaxation chairs. At one point one of them had an alter in the sauna and became aggressive if you went inside. Staff didn't do anything about them until they attacked their night desk receptionist. Police came.

Love this gym! Great equipment, plenty of space, clean and modern design, and a nice big sauna in each locker room. Not a fan of the sales people, they are really pushy and ask you over and over to give them names of your friends and family. I felt like I was in a bad sales class, so just be prepped for that.

Edit: It was Victoria not Jenna- she was wearing a name tag that wasn’t her name. Weird behavior. I’ve come to this gym for almost a year now and I really like it, especially because it’s open 24 hours. I come here regularly and have never had any problems until today- I bought a concession at the front desk when checking in and Ashley & “Jenna” (Victoria) immediately told my card had “hard declined,” no idea with what that meant I asked and they were both extremely rude when explaining it. The friend I came with ended up buying my drink instead, while working out i was taking progress pictures of myself & friend. Shortly after both of them came up to myself and my friend and tell us we were taking videos of other participants at the gym and laughing at them & that other members had come and complained, I'm not “skinny” by any means so this really confused me- because what room do I have to talk about anyone else’s body? They then informed us filming is NOT allowed in the gym, while I see people every day with tripods set up filming themselves - I have no idea what the difference here is, especially since I wasn’t filming. I feel slightly targeted and extremely unwelcome here especially by their unprofessionalism. Both of them coming up as a team to target us BOTH times was so strange. Extremely weird behavior and I hope management can do something about training their employees better. I understand & agree with wanting to keep the gym a safe and comfortable space for everyone, but the way you have your employees going about this is absolutely bizarre & childish.

We Love EOS, great equipment and friendly staff and community- especially Andrew at the front desk, Robin and Ann (trainers) and Selena and Katie in kidscare!🤗 we’ve been going here for years! Roy is a great location👌

My family and I have been members here since it opened. My husbands yearly renewal was coming up and I called and let them know we were likely cancelling it since he was joining a different club and they said they would hold off and to let them know. Less than a day later we were charged $94. I called back and explained the situation, my husband did go to a different club so I asked for that cancellation and refund. They sent us through loop after loop to talk to someone who could "do something about it" and then were told too bad they won't refund us. Literally so disappointing. I couldn't believe the poor customer service and selfishness. What a money pit. I'm cancelling both of our memberships.

I love this place! It's open 24 hours so whenever I feel like I have time and need to blow off some steam I can come here! All of the equipment works properly and is always super clean! Not the mention the staff is so friendly, they are very approachable, so I feel comfortable to reach out about any of my concerns! 10/10 would recommend! Sarah is an amazing staff member!

By far in my top five favorite gyms I have ever attended. Equipment, environment, and staff are top quality. There is nothing more you could add to this gym to make it better than the extinction of man so you could have it to yourself.

I love the massage chairs here but this one felt like it was going to break my foot!! I've reported it to the front desk 3 times over the past 6 weeks. Still broken & no sign warning members & no effort to fix it so hoping this review will get attention. The part that blows up with air on the foot comes out of the pleather & is too much pressure!! 2 chairs in the back have been down for over 6 weeks too??
