Attended my niece's wedding reception here. Great space where my sister in law's considerable design skills could come to life. There's a large dance floor, theatrical lighting and giant floor to ceiling projection screens. Lack of an elevator for this second floor venue was a drawback for accessibility, though. Instead they offer a rolling chair contraption that didn't get the highest marks from those who needed it.

10PRL was the perfect venue for my 130 person wedding. Brooklyn loft vibes but near the shore:) Alvine helped my vision come to life and was there when I needed and answered any questions I had. The owners are very sweet as well. Always love working with vendors that are down to earth and kind. Enjoyed that this venue gave me the ability to express my own artistic personality that some other venues lack in being able to do so. Thanks again for everything!

My family and I have been working with Llse for the past few months planning my baby shower. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and kind she has been. She truly treats us like family. We are so glad we picked 10PRL for our event, and will be using them for all family events in the future.

10PRL is a beautiful location, with an abundance of options to create the atmosphere that captures your specific event. Beyond the aesthetic wonder the team at 10PRL are beyond fantastic! Every call, interaction and meeting was handled with professionalism, compassion and respect. April leads a team that truly adores what they do and it shows in everything they do. As someone who is new to this creative space piece of my career, I was embraced and encouraged every step of the way. The team guided us through every step of filming and made it enjoyable and seamless. I can’t thank 10PRL enough for their brilliance, tremendous kindness and professionalism.

The ladies at 10PRL were so sweet and helpful! They set up our entire wedding ceremony space perfectly and paid attention to even the smallest details. They went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed during our time there. They even helped us set up our phone for a live feed of our ceremony! The space is absolutely gorgeous. High ceilings, exposed brick, and so much natural light! We would recommend this space and this company to anyone looking for a place to get married, have a party, or take some really unique photos.

Just recently had my wedding at 10PRL! I highly recommend this place to anyone for any event but especially a wedding! They were so accommodating and helpful with what I needed to get done. Alvine who is their event coordinator took care of so much the day of. Even the small things that you wouldn't think of! I appreciate how welcoming they are and would go back in a heart beat for another event! The place was and is beautiful! Thank you all!!

We had our dance recital here! Everyone was so helpful and professional. They made the day everything I wanted! The lighting and the sound were amazing. The space is beautiful! The marley dance floor was perfectly laid out. They even supplied a catered box lunch that was delicious. I'm excited to work with everyone again! Just the best!!!

10prl is truly an amazing place. The owners and the venue manager are the sweetest people ever. Ive helped my friend with photoshoots here before as well getting tips and lessons to improve my photos. I’ve attended many events here, including the same friend’s wedding and a photo event which has helped me become a better photographer. I would recommend this place to everyone

We recorded videos for 4 songs here, and we had a wonderful experience:). They were super sweet, professional and fully stocked with everything we needed. And the space itself is beautiful. They have a big white wall already set up with lights, and they also let us spread out into different scenarios around the whole floor (which is huge). I highly recommend!
