Super easy process to rent, I did it over the phone in less than 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful customer service, great rates and a clean, well-lit, secure and temperature controlled location. The employees working at the physical location are also helpful and nice! My only regret is not switching storage places sooner because I was paying more than 3X what I’m paying at Extra Space and not getting as much for my money. I’m so happy I made the switch!

Great facility! Clean and well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff. Very reasonable prices and great location. I love that the unloading/loading area is under part of the building. Not having to work in the scorching sun or pouring rain is wonderful. The three building entrances make it easy to get to the storage spaces even if it's busy. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage on Cleveland Ave.

It has been said that the storage units are for keeping your most cherished memories.
