I took some gold jewelry here earlier up in the week to see if they were worth anything because they were very light in weight. Obviously, these guys know what they are doing. They did weigh the jewelry and knew what it's worth. I ended up getting a nice amount of money for them. Thanks guys for your kindness and courtesy.

10 out of 10 !!! The men were so helpful. My daughters and I were out bike shopping and had no luck. Well we went to metro pawns and saw such a great selection of affordable GREAT quality bikes! We found one that was a great fit and one of the store associate were SUCH a great help. he fixed a bike we already had with us for FREE. We will definitely be returning!

Purchased a male diamond ring also paid for the ring to be sized. when it came down to picking up the ring they couldn't size the ring to the size that was on the receipt. Had the ring 2wks to tell me their jeweler couldn't size the ring so they wanted to send it to another one but wanted me to pay an additional $300 more when I had already paid for sizing. So I wanted my money back, no refund I could do a store credit but what use was that when all I wanted was for the ring I purchased from them to get sized for what I paid for. They seemed nice but won't do business there again.

Visited Metro Pawn looking for a specific camera. Searched 4 different pawn shops with no success. Went to Metro and found exactly what I was looking for, and thanks to Ozzie, was able to get it at a fantastic price. Take the time to visit them, you will not be disappointed.
