Dawn is an incredible jeweler, she sized my wedding band and soldered my engagement ring and wedding bands together and they came out beautiful! She exceeded all expectations and at a reasonable price! She had it all done within about an hour which is even better! She was such a joy to talk to, and answered any and all questions I had! I've known Dawn since we were kids. Recently it was a big wedding anniversary for my wife & me. I commissioned a ring to be made for my wife using my old college class ring. Dawn knocked it out of the park. It looked great, but more importantly my wife loved how it looked and that it was made from my college ring. It's worth mentioning as well that Dawn has done several repairs for us through the years and they've always been done very well!

She repaired my 10K solid gold chain in 30 min. My daughter had snatched it off and I was quit annoyed. She also resized my ring from a 7.25 to a 6.25. You cannot even tell it was sized. She has excellent customer service and reasonable prices. She is my go-to for jewelry repair.

Dawn is wonderful! She's very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. One of the natural Alexandrite stone on my engagement ring came off and nowhere to be found. Dawn patiently worked with me, she made sure that we get a natural Alexandrite that matches the size and the hue color of the original stones. She also did restorations of the 3 other stones and returned my ring looking like brand new. I can say that Dawn is very passionate about her craft. As I write this review, she’s also making “sleeves/jackets” for my engagement ring, I am excited to see the finish product.

I took my bangle bracelet that had broke and prayed Dawn could work her magic and repair what I had thought was a lost cause. After several thoughts of what we thought would just have to be and settle for just getting it close and lock without the safety bar, which is what I really wanted back on there. Low and behold, Dawn was able to get the clasp and safety bar back just like it was suppose to be, she worked and worked to make that happen. I was a static. She is the best!!!! Dawn was absolutely wonderful and so skilled at her craft. I visited Jarman's Jewelry for the first time on 6/17/23 and it was life changing. I called and set up a time to visit and Dawn was so professional and personable. It was refreshing. I was unsure what I needed to do to repair a watch, and not only did she repair my watch, she provided me with all sorts of information about jewelry I had no clue about, and also cleaned my diamonds. Dawn repaired several prongs on 2 of my rings and shined the gold bands (removed the scratches that happen over time). She fixed the stone setting in one ring and then buffed /shined the stone and I think the ring looks more beautiful than when I bought it! Dawn also fixed an heirloom bracelet and sized it down for me. Her work is excellent and her prices are reasonable and she generally does something extra at a discounted price or no charge just to make your piece perfect ! She is a beautiful person and has a true talent. I highly recommend her . I will be a lifetime customer. :)

I absolutely Love the pure 24k gold shot and 18k gold shot you sell and will definitely be buying more very soon these are a few different times I have ordered 24k and 18k gold shot it also gets here crazy fast and Dawn has one of the best customer services around she has a customer for life from me!
