The design was great and to my exact specifications, even when I requested several text edits after the initial proof was presented. I love the fact that my family was able to place their own orders, online, via the group order feature and the shirts arrived earlier than requested. I will be using CreateMyTee for future family reunion orders and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service with amazing customer support.

I've ordered two sets of shirts from CreateMyTee: one for a softball team, and the second for an upcoming 4th of July parade. Both times the process was easy and the staff extremely helpful in meeting our needs. Their customer service and artist teams are equally accommodating and easy to work with. The process to design, approve, and order shirts was easy; on the 4th of July order we actually needed to mix some adult and youth sizes and they walked us through the process. After approval, the time from print to ship is also quite fast. Overall, CreateMyTee is easy, affordable, and expedient--I'd happily order from them again!

I help run a anti-litter organization that is part of Keep Massachusetts Beautiful (KMB). KMB helped us establish a relationship with Steve from CreateMyTee about 3 years ago and since then we have placed about 5 or 6 orders with them. Every time we have worked with Steve and his team has been an absolute joy. Steve is incredibly prompt in his email responses and the quality of the printing has been outstanding. My employees love them and I wear them most days and the American apparel shirts are so soft. The service was awesome and I found the web site easy to use. I had a fantastic experience with CreateMyTee! I worked with Kelley Roller, and she was so incredibly helpful, and even went above and beyond when I needed more shirts than I originally ordered and I needed them FAST! I ordered over 750 shirts for my son’s elementary school and everybody absolutely loved them. The shirts were great and the customer service was 5 star!!!

Can't say enough about the A++ customer service! Working with them is so much easier than any other shirt company I've worked with (and I've worked with quite a few!) I sent them ideas for a shirt and the very next day I had artwork sitting in my inbox! I asked for a few changes and they were done just as quick! I do not have the words to describe how incredible my experience was with this company! They were amazing!! They helped me design a pretty awesome shirt, were totally patient with me and supported me through the process! They bent over backwards to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed.
