My daughter went in for her routine annual wellness visit and was told that she needed the second vaccine for the Meningococcal B series. However, she received it last year. I told her not let them inject her with anything until I further investigate. But unbeknownst to us and further discussion with one of the providers she did not receive the second dose. Actually there was a medication error in which they gave her a 3rd dose of another vaccine. Thank God she is fine. However, I inquired about how this matter would be addressed and the fact that she would have to return for another visit to receive the correct vaccine in which I would be responsible for the cost. So I was told that Nicole the office manager would contact me. No call as of yet. So I decided to reach out left messages and today I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Someone would occasionally pickup to see if you have been helped but once I told them who I needed to speak with I was conveniently placed on hold again so they could "try to find her". I'm very disappointed to say the least.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to the admiration ( Nicole) and as well as the front desk on this last visit treated me with the upmost disrespect. Lack of customer service and communication with billing. As an African American woman taking her son to get shots and turned around for billing but was never stated that when made the appointment. Checking your hiring and staff very unprofessional. Work in customer services and I would never treat a customer especially a mother the way you guys did. You lost a client and also a client that was going to switch 3 other children. Be blessed

Garbage Clinic of Pediatric doctors....dont take your children there....If you are assigned Doctor Jessica Lee....she will misdiagnose whatever your child has or had. A lot of rookie doctors....this place is a joke. I might be filing a malpractice lawsuit against this facility and I am consulting with an attorney as we speak. We demanded to Doctor Alzein and guy refuses to answer our phone calls and messages.

We had a great experience today when I called to ask about an appointment and I mentioned the condition my son was in. Nicole asked me to email her photos right away, and got me a virtual appointment with Angela with in minutes. This saved me so much stress and time! Before I could have even made it to the office I already had a prescription and game plan for my kiddo. Thank you for your help and quick work, you both were life savers!

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Alzein for the past 10+years! His team has definitely grown and his associates are very knowledgeable and caring. They are compassionate, understanding and dedicated to meeting the needs of their patients. The offices are very clean and and you will always get greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming. They have recently opened an urgent care facility in Oak Lawn next to the Children's Museum! Dr. Alzein, thank you for being an exceptional pediatrician!

I love how patient and kind the staff are. It’s also super helpful that they have their own urgent care & you’re seeing doctors that know your child during an emergency.

Scheduled an appointment for my sons for physicals, Flu shots and my son's 2nd Meningococcal shot with Dr. Ahmad Shatila. I had some concerns about my younger son who has Special Needs and this doctor was clueless, he was soo busy trying to leave the room that he didn't even talk to me about my son's height or weight and where he placed on the percentile chart or any other concern I had, he just asked if I wanted a referral to see a Specialist. This doctor seemed to have no regard for my concerns about my son's health issues, I left that doctors office frustrated with all my questions unanswered.....NOT A GOOD DOCTOR so won't be seeing him again!

From the doctors to the NPs to the assistants and secretary, everyone at this office is absolutely splendid and SO nice. I never care which provider my daughter’s appointment is with because everyone is so well educated and competent. The space is always clean and I love the time they give after to feed my baby or get things situated instead of feeling rushed out. We also got my daughters ears pierced and it was a clean and sterile procedure that made my heart at ease. Also visited the urgent care once and were seen right away. Highly recommend!
