This is the worst place I've ever seen. I'm going for the second time. To change the last name, an old man greeted us, the same person when we saw him for the first time. For the first time, I took his documents, he said, but it wasn't enough, but I took the documents he said! he talks to us so disrespectfully, so rudely…. it is known that professional does not know his job! I had to go to social security downtown and most importantly, they accepted my paperwork, do you believe? Now I will take my paperwork and show it to that worker's manager!

Who would have guessed there was an office located here? Right next to signage prominently displaying all of the wealth management programs and stock brokers you neglected to consult during your "career" (such as it was). Can't speak for all of the employees in that office, but the individual who addressed my concerns could benefit from some anger management training classes.

I walked in w/o an appointment and was in and out in under 15 minutes. (Shortly after I sat to wait, a half dozen others came in, so my timing was lucky.) The woman who helped me was pleasant, got me a phone appointment to have my questions answered, and gave me the right documents to fill out.

Um, wow. That was a shocking experience in the best way possible! I was expecting the Social Security office to be like going to the DMV, but it was very different. I came without an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and had all of my documents lined up that I needed because I did some research before hand. Took about 30 minutes for me to be called, but it wasn’t bad at all. Then the guy who helped me out, his name is Benjamin, was not only incredibly professional, but also very friendly. I did not expect this at all. I don’t know what the other employees are like, but I have to say that if all government employees were like this, Benjamin guy, the government would be far better off

Went in without an appointment was met by a very polite securi person, he showed me to kiosk to enter required information. Waited 1 minute was called back to speak with Benjamin. He was very pleasant and helpful ! All forms were processed immediately, could not have had a more positive experience.

They are so nice and kind people. Service is fast and pleasant. I went there after going to the one in the downtown (where I didn't get any help) and they helped me to update my information very quick.

They told me I was wrong with the paperwork when i went in, I showed them the website (that is posted in the waiting room) and I had the paperwork I needed. I’m pretty sure the Mount Lebanon location just didn’t want to help me. When I ask to speak with a supervisor he was very rude and said the website is wrong. I went to the Washington location with same paperwork they were great, they help me get in and out and didn’t argue with me once.

I’ve been up there numerous times and they still haven’t done the right thing you’re supposed to do so now I will return tomorrow to see if they can fix the problem. They were supposed to fix it for weeks ago and did not fix it.
