The staff was wonderful! I was in and out, and it is very conveniently located a small hop off of Belair Road. I was there for only about 20 minutes, and simply had a wonderful experience! I was pretty amazed how quickly and well I was taking care of! Thank you all so much! I'll be sure to come to this location anytime such services are required again! ^^

We love this convenient location! The staff is efficient and friendly. They are never over- crowded or over-scheduled. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience.

I went there today and had the worst experience. The two white ladies in the front desk are so rude. I felt they were doing that because of my race. I had to go back and fourth four times because each time they said something was missing. I used the same paperwork in an advanced radiology in another location and was able to complete my mamogram in one go. I dont know what the issue was for those two ladies but they were so rude to me for no reason.

All Advanced Radiology centers are NOT made equal! I live 4 miles from the Bel Air location, which I have been to probably 6 times. Each time there has been a completely miserable experience, filled with careless, short tempered staff members, and even one visit that was a nightmare which literally left me with PTSD (a long, painful story). After years of mistreatment in Bel Air, I finally decided that I needed to try a different location, and gave the Perry Hall location a try, even though it is almost three times the distance from my house. The difference was astounding, and immediately palpable the moment I walked in. The front staff was very friendly and helpful, the wait time was almost non-existent, and the technicians were very kind, concerned, patient and totally accommodating. I have now gone to this location 4 times (today being the most recent), and will never return to the one in Bel Air. It is absolutely worth driving the extra distance in order to be treated like an actual feeling human being, instead of just a warm bodied means to a health insurance pay-out. I really can't praise the staff at Perry Hall enough, and hope that it will always remain the best AR location around! Thank you, Perry Hall, Advanced Radiology, from the bottom of my heart. You are the absolute best!
