Quick, efficient and professional work. Came here on Wednesday with no appointment needed. Was immediately greeted by a young gentleman, Andy, who was the owner. Very kind an polite. He had my device ready in no more than 20 minutes! Wow.. very impressive. I will be bringing in my other devices to repair.

I highly recommend Bubblescreen in Anaheim Hills. Fantastic service and quality work at a great price. I was greeted immediately. The cause of my phone's issue was unknown, so I left the phone with them. In 15 minutes I received a call explaining the issue and approved the repair I was quoted. About 20 minutes later I received a call saying the phone was ready for pickup. When I returned I was given an additional discount of my repair as part of a Holiday promotion and a free screen protector. Great!

Came here for the very first time and I was very impressed by the professionalism by Andy. He was very courteous and patient. He made my experience hassle-free as I bombarded him with countless "dumb" questions since I am technologically impaired.. I had a total of three devices that needed to be serviced. Wow. Easily best iPhone screen repair I've ever used. Needed an IMMEDIATE repair as my phone is my two-factor device for work and I smashed my phone screen (would not unlock). Bubble Screen fixed my phone within TEN MINUTES. Every other service I've used tells me to unlock my phone, remove the password, come back 45min-1hour which isn't always convenient. Not only that, my phone screen accidentally broke within 2 days of the repair, and Bubble Screen replaced my entire front screen under warranty at ZERO COST and even threw in a free screen protector to help protect my serviced device! Super professional, super fast, super customer service. Hands down best phone repair I've dealt with. Way better than the CPR Phone Repair service next to In-N-Out off La Palma.

Came here to get my Apple Watch battery replaced, and it was done promptly (finished the same day I dropped it off!) and at a reasonable price. The battery replacement came with a year warranty as well. I noticed that the vibration wasn’t working in my watch very shortly after that, but I called in and got it fixed with no additional charge. Very seamless and painless experience. And it’s great to support a small business in repairing rather than throwing things away. Will be coming here again. Highly recommended.

This is a long overdue review! Bubble Screen has been my go to resource for any screen or other minor repairs on my electric devices. I always call them first since they are professional, thorough, timely, and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place. The owner Andy is very experienced, friendly, affordable, and professional. His shop is welcoming and has a variety of high quality accessories and even had a refurbished iPhone in the glass case that I hoped to find just walking in.

My daughter's iPhone 11 had a really bad cracked screen so we dropped it off today. Instead of leaving the plaza, we just walked around for 15 mins and were so impressed because it was fixed and ready to go when we returned. The gentleman was very professional and the repair + a new screen cover came out to a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

Andy the owner was great and got my broken screen looking good as new. He didnt have the part he needed on hand as I have a more obscure phone but he ordered it for me and replaced the screen a couple days later.
