After several visits, I've come to appreciate this nursery very much. The staff is helpful and kind, answering my specific questions and sharing their plant knowledge with me. There are rows and rows and rows and stacked carts outside of many different types of blooming choices for spring, vegetable starters, an indoor green house, a gift shop (with restroom), big and little trees, and all kinds of supplies to help the home gardener. What I like most is that they are not a mass merchandizer. It might cost a teeny bit more, but they only sell what will grow in this area, preventing costly mistakes. Planting services are available for an extra fee. Lots of convenient and close in parking, with flat carts to load the purchases out to your car. Help with that is also available. I came looking for a specific pine tree. As always, I could find what I wanted.

Patiently waiting for spring. So today I purchased a different house plant to brighten up the kitchen window and a few seed packets to soothe the soul. There's always a great selection of items to purchase, any time of year. Now, back to my hot cocoa, patiently waiting for spring.

I recently purchased (less than 30 days ago) nine trees and two Pampa Grass, including planting.. almost $3000. The trees are great. The Pampa Grass did not make it. I returned today to purchase three more large trees. I priced them out at over $1,200. I approached the counter and was greeted by an employee who asked how she could help me. I explained that I was ready to buy a few trees, and I mentioned that my Pampas did not make it. She immediately asked in a defensive voice if I had a receipt and stated that I would have to dig it up and bring it in. Basically, it is a $20 plant. I politely said thank you I'll buy my trees elsewhere. I have spent several thousands of dollars over the last 20 years here. Never again. Thank you.

I’ve gotten two of my favorite plants from this shop! My Chinese Evergreen Silver Bay and my Prayer Plant! You can see how much they have grown since February when I bought them!

I always find something that suits whatever gardening projects I have going. The plants thrive and last as long as the elk don't eat them. That's just a fact of life here in Star Valley
