Wow, I've been a customer here since 2011, and it was always a pleasure working with Ashley! Now I'm about to go to another agency after the way agent Alexis treated me. Unfortunately Ashley was going to be out of the office for a week. When she was gone that day, I called many times since 11am to cancel a policy and buy another one before it was too late, but only got a machine which I left a message. Still no one called back, so I rushed there and got there 1 hour before closing. I told them I tried to get the new policy at 11am. Instead of apologizing for not answering the phone all day, Alexis rudely told me they were busy all day and that customers who come to the office always gets first priority. Also another lady who I asked to help me said she couldn't, but answered the phone for someone else as I waited. Alexis who helped with a quote was rude the intire time until she hurried me out of the office saying she needs to help other people. There wasn't anyone else she was busy with and not the other ladies either at the time. I guess they wanted to finish up their paperwork and didn't want me to bother them. I was upset the whole time. So I called a private insurancee company and got my home owners insurance policy with them. Customer service is 1 1one of the most importanrt reason why I choose a company and they were very professional and and kind! There's more a of what happened but too much to mention.

This insurance company is horrible! They will talk their way out of helping you. I called to get home owners insurance on a park model home I just purchasers, because my parents had used them to sign up for their home insurance on their park model home. The lady I talked to was so rude. At first she said she wouldn’t be able to get me a quote for two weeks because she had two other clients she was working on quotes for. Then the lady asked me a series of questions and she wanted receipts for when the park model was placed in the lot it is currently parked in. The park model is a 1984, how would I be able to get that receipt? Then she wanted receipts for any work that’s been done on the house which again is kind of hard to get a hold of since this was a private sale and I don’t own the land the park model is on. Then the lady said I should be able to get it through the closing documents. I explained to the lady that this was a private sale on a park model home that I don’t own the lot it sits on, it’s a title transfer at MVD, there are jo closing documents. I could tell this lady didn’t want to help me so I just hung up. I ended up calling Foremost and they got me a policy through Sky Blue, which they didn’t need receipts and the lady I talked to at Foremost understood everything and got me a quote within 20 minutes and boom I have homeowners insurance, no thanks to Inzone.

From reading several other reviews, I know I should ask to work with Ashley instead of Alexis from now on. Alexis was never rude, but quite confused about writing two new policies for us. She called several times after I told her I would be busy and asked her to just send me the quotes. She sent the quotes, which I looked at last night. I called this a.m. She was on the phone, so I left a detailed message about what I wanted. When she returned my call, she had no idea what my call was about. She stated that she had sent me the quotes yesterday and I hadn’t answered. I explained that the office was closed by the time I looked at the quotes last night. She then proceeded to ask questions I had answered yesterday after spending a lot of time on the phone with her. We have been with Progressive for many years. We recently moved from out of state. It broke my heart to have to leave my former agent. I thought maybe Alexis was new at the job, but it appears from other reviews that she’s been there long enough to be familiar with the system, and to be able to my questions. Instead, she said, “I’m pretty sure…”. When I asked her to make sure, it took a few minutes, but she did find the answer. When I’m insuring two vehicles, two trailers, and a house, I don’t want to hear, “I’m pretty sure…”. I would prefer not to work with her from now on

Checking for new park model insurance and received excellent service from Ruth. So we got quotes for 3 vehicles. Prompt service and great prices. Better than what we currently have for same coverage. It's worth emailing or calling Ruth at inszones insurance in yuma.

I have had an acct since 2010. I needed to change several items on my homeowners policy. Alexia went above and beyond to help me. Not only did I get everything done she had the best customer service. I am so glad we chose Inszone Ins back in 2010. Thank you Alexia for all your help!!!

Knowledgeable friendly agents, Ashley was great in helping me transfer insurance, I will be returning to move car and house insurance with them also she will be saving me money! Always a plus
