Baxter La Vista Subaru is a great place to by a car. The cars are great and the people are even better. Pretty low key and chill, no pressure; you can move at your pace. Morgan worked with me. She was great. She found the car I wanted and brought it in from another dealer. Everything worked. The dogs are great too. Multi species sales might become a thing!

I cannot give this ENTIRE dealership enough praise. A huge shoutout to Lee who helped me find a BEAUTIFUL new car that suits every need I have. Jesus came in with the paperwork and made it super easy and fast for me to get into that car as quickly as possible. Everyone was so happy for me which made me feel like a part of their family. Not to mention the added bonus of dogs in the workplace!! :) I will definitely be going here for any of my car needs in the future and will be referring everyone I know!!

Buying a car- I HATED the Baxter dealership in West Omaha so I was a bit hesitant about coming here but I wanted to check out a Subaru. The whole team here was fantastic. We worked with Dalton primarily. Dalton took the time to answer all my questions then he patiently answered them all over again when I brought my husband in. The sales team follows you through the whole process which was really nice. You are not passed off to another person for financing. This was the easiest, quickest car buying experience I’ve had.

Baxter Subaru La Vista is a wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle whether new or used. We worked with a sales associate named Jesus A. He was so great to work with! He is professional and friendly but not pushy. He is very knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles. He sold us our daughter’s vehicle and then I went back to purchase a vehicle for myself. Very satisfied with my whole interaction with Jesus, the manager, Brent and the dealership itself.

My boyfriend and I came in in august to look for a new lease. We have never had a Subaru so we knew only the basics from looking online. We were taken care of by Ashley. She was great! Very informative, patient, friendly. We test drove a Forester, but they did not have the package we wanted on the lot. Ashley helped us reserve one with no strings attached. She gave us an estimated date of Sept 30th for the car to arrive. I received emails periodically while we waited, updating us on where the car was. And then surprise! It came in 3 days early! Ashley called us, just as excited for us as we were. She made the paperwork process easy to complete and easy to understand. She also made it known she is a resource for us even after we take the car home, which I appreciate. We will definitely be a part of the Subaru family here for a while, partly because of Ashley’s wonderful service.

All the salespersons who helped me find the right car and guided me through the purchase process were very helpful and patient. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and they did not try to get me to purchase anything over what I needed. And they provide continued support after buying. I couldn't be happier! I have gone to their service department for my old Outback the last few years, which is also excellent in every way. If you are looking for a new Subaru or taking care of an older one, I would definitely check them out!
