I
ordered
a
dishwasher
on
the
Famous
Tate
website
and
received
a
confirmation
of
the
order.
Their
system
could
not
find
the
order
when
I
entered
it
into
the
delivery
tracking.
The
transaction
and
process
turned
out
to
be
a
fiasco.
Their
website
works
very
slowly
and
often
hangs
for
up
to
a
minute
after
I
would
make
an
entry.
Trying
to
create
an
account
with
my
email
and
phone
number
was
difficult,
but
I
finally
succeeded.
I
used
chat
to
confirm
my
order
was
OK
and
asked
about
the
account
issues.
Famous
Tate
provides
no
means
for
the
customer
to
verify
that
order
is
accepted.
The
chat
support
either
didn’t
know
or
wasn’t
allowed
to
tell
me
there
was
a
problem.
Late
in
the
day,
I
received
a
voice
message
asking
me
to
call
Bob.
After
2
days
I
finally
got
Bob
on
the
phone
and
he
told
me
they
didn’t
have
what
I
ordered
in
stock
and
tried
to
get
me
to
accept
another
model.
Bob
told
me
he
sent
me
an
email,
but
only
when
talking
to
me
did
he
realize
he
misspelled
my
email.
The
sales
reps
apparently
can’t
use
the
electronic
information
in
the
order
to
contact
customers.
My
credit
card
was
offering
a
bonus
for
orders
that
day
only.
If
I
had
known
that
dishwasher
was
not
available,
I
would’ve
ordered
somewhere
else
to
receive
the
bonus.
I
now
understand
that
everything
at
Famous
Tate
revolves
around
the
sales
rep.
If
I
wanted
to
deal
with
a
sales
rep
I
would’ve
gone
into
a
store.
I
don’t
suggest
ordering
from
Famous
Tate
online.
