I started seeing Dr. Krystal for tennis elbow pain that was so persistent that it stopped me from my regular workouts. With her guidance I was able to finally heal and move on from it. She was a great listener and offered tools and exercises that helped me get back to where I want to be. She was also a great resource for any other issues that popped up along the way. She offered tips and adjustments that have kept me successful on my fitness journey. So grateful to have someone like her on my wellness team.

Quite simply, Jacob and his team at Athlete’s Potential are the very best in the industry. Being a strength and conditioning coach, I’m very careful with who I refer my clients to. Not only do they get rave reviews from everyone I send their way, Dr. Caleb also helped me with some nagging should issues. If you’re serious about your rehab, I’d only trust these guys!

Athlete's Potential has changed my life! Following physical therapy and at-home exercises prescribed by Dr. Krystal, my pain from sciatica has dissipated and I have been able to return to an active lifestyle. And participating in their Clinical Strength Training has allowed me to become the strongest I've ever felt in the safest of ways. I'm so grateful to be a part of this beautiful community. Thank you, AP!

I’ve been going to AP for a couple of years now and cannot say enough about this team. I love how they keep asking questions and digging to make sure they get to the issue. I also love their commitment to keeping you in your sport or back to your sport. Also, at times I find myself wanting to pull out my laptop and just set up shop and work there because they are all so great. Jake and team are top notch!

Athlete’s Potential, and Sam Gillespie specifically, is the best. When I was looking for someone who could get me running again and improve my form after a meniscus tear, everyone I agreed I needed to see Sam, and now I’m joining that chorus. My stretch goal was to complete another marathon even though I started with significant knee pain and the potential of having to give up on the sport, and Sam guided me over three months to make changes to the way I run and the PT I was doing at home to support my particular issues. I don’t believe I’d be running again without Sam’s help and I’m grateful for it. And I finished that marathon!

Being someone who has never had an injury, when I sprained my ankle I panicked immediately, but finding Athelete’s Potential and working with Jake took those fears away. With their patience, knowledge, expertise and thoroughness got me wearing heels again in no time. I highly recommend them for any injury and get you feeling better in no time!

After languishing through a two-month rest period with what turned out to be a minor rotator cuff injury, I scheduled an appt with Dr. Caleb at The Rack. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and made the injury and recovery plan so easy to understand. With his guidance and treatment plan, we made progress nearly immediately and worked all the way through complete recovery in one month. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Caleb, and particularly his satellite location embedded in The Rack. Working with him in my gym has been invaluable to me.

Krystal is a rock star! I injured myself and was struggling with tightness, range of motion, and pain. Krystal conducted a thorough assessment and recommended a plan that ultimately enabled me to recover in only a few months. I was really impressed by the way she kicked off each session by listening attentively to my concerns/progress and then recommending exercises to move me forward. By the end of our time together, I returned to running (which I wasn't able to do for months). Can't recommend her enough!
