šŸ˜  This place treated my cousin with the most disrespect and hate, a young, hardworking, loving mother should not be treated how she was treated. Theyā€™re also deleting comments so we are teaming up and defending her against this awful clinic! Take your children somewhere else if you want to be treated... TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE! Awful clinic they treated my friend and her baby so poorly then DELETED her review when she told everyone her experience! I have done my researched and asked around and the ladies that run this clinic are heartless women. Heartless women who run a dirty clinic! Couldnā€™t get much worse! Go somewhere that sanitizes their clinic and their employees hearts!

Theyā€™re also deleting comments so we are teaming up and defending her against this awful clinic! Take your children somewhere else if you want to be treated fairly. They treat young mothers like road kill!

I use to love this place ! Now not so much ā€¦ The last couple of visits have been a horrible experience. I will take my child to the ER and wait if Dr. Nolan is the only available doctor! She is NOT thorough at all She acts like she looks into the ear carnal in a Half millisecond ! She always misses the mark! I donā€™t trust her diagnosis! Oh and do not ask for a referral you will never get it from her. She acts like you inconvenience her by doing so ! They only keep her there for the quota . My son was seen 2 days ago misdiagnosed by a different doctor there, I opted to get him seen at a Urgent Care because they never tested him for the flu or Covid ā€¦ After being denied a referral for my sick child to be seen at URGENT CARE. , I immediately hung up on them after they tried to chastise ME. on WHY. I didnā€™t ask THEIR INCOMPETENT Dr to test my kid !!! When my daughter was told he wouldnā€™t be tested because he didnā€™t have a fever ! Needless to say , he was tested the very next day for Covid and flu and Streptococcalā€¦ HE HAS STREPT ! I hate Dr Standford is gone ! All of my children went here , but this is the end of the Road for us

I should have taken my son out years ago. I have many stories from many different pediatricians. Main thing is they do not listen to you. They're snobby and think they know everything, funny because they've been wrong 100% of the time. Dr. Pomtree tried to convince me thst my son was having a herpes outbreak, declined to do testing. When I said I thought it was hand foot and mouth, she interrupted with: No. EVEYONE HAS IT. THATS WHAT IT IS. I got a 2nd opinion and I was right. There's been times where I basically had to beg them to do an x-ray bc my son was prone to getting pneumonia after every virus. They would listen to his lungs and tell me he's fine, if he doesn't get better in 2 weeks bring him back. I got sick of that and put my foot down and said just for my peace of mind please do an x-ray. She rolled her eyes at me! Came back 15 min later and whatayaknow... pneumonia. One woman prescribed him with an inhaler with the tube for children and when asked how to use it she just said she didn't know and to read the instructions. Ignorant doctors tried to say my 2 day old son's "supernumerary nipple" was a scar. If had enough money I would seek out legal advice, honestly bc the doctors in that place are quacks. Nurses are cool.

Worst experience with Priscilla Joiner, APRN. Condescending, arrogant, and wrong information given. I work in healthcare and I was appalled at the way she rolled her eyes and kept saying ā€œok.ā€ The way she spoke to both me & my daughter is how you get people to avoid healthcare. Dr. Repp and Dr. Fox have been great.

The nurse we had today, named Heather I believe, was not very good. She was not very friendly. When we were first called back, she acted as if she was hurrying us through the motions to get a us in a room and get to the next patient. The clinic did not appear very busy at this time. I did not feel like she gave care or attention while she was getting us ready for Dr. Rhodes. When it came time for my daughter to get her flu shot, my daughter was naturally scared and wanted her puppy to have a ā€œshotā€ first. She scoffed it off and didnā€™t even attempt to allow my daughter to see there was nothing to be scared of. I had to hold my daughterā€™s arms and legs (which is quite a stressful situation for all) and she was not allowing me proper time and space to get my daughter still before she was trying to give her the shot. After she gave her the shot, my daughter was very upset and I made a comment to my other daughter about how she was acting in a way that was upsetting her little sister, to which the nurse replied ā€œI can see thatā€. The entire interaction was very unpleasant. I am a pediatric nurse and that is not at all how you handle children in that setting who are afraid and unsure. There was never any attempt to calm her. While I understand itā€™s not her job to placate my childā€™s feelings, I do think it is a part of her responsibilities to make a child feel calm and safe in their environment. She did not do this at all. As for Dr. Rhodes, she was amazing and informative as always. She is the best doctor weā€™ve ever seen at CAPC and the main reason we continue to use this clinic for my children's primary care.

The whole receptionist staff needs an attitude makeover. It is already hard enough trying to schedule between work to get my son in, but I literally just got off the phone with them asking to make an appointment. I didn't think he'd get in today but they could at least SCHEDULE it for another day. But no they're more worried about closing their office at 12 than helping a sick wheezing toddler. They said " well there's no more available youll have to call back Monday. No I dont have to call back as youre sitting at your desk rigjt now and can easily schedule. If you don't want to do your job maybe your horrible selfish attitude doesnt belong in that profession. Maybe go answer calls for AT&T because your attitude is trash. To whoever I spoke with today. I hope you read this and humble yourself before life does it for you. And this isn't their first offense either. I've had several instances with doctors from this office. I have asked to speak to management or someone and they don't even take that seriously. My son will be finding another clinic because this place just does not care about your children at all. I do not recommend. Choose anywhere else.

Feel like I live in a third world country when I come to this place. Water fountains havenā€™t worked in years. Canā€™t get a cup for water even when your kid is sick. Have to wait over an hour to see a dr even if there are no other patients. When I go to a specialist for my kids they always say central Arkansas pediatrics does it all wrong and are actually hurting my kids by prescribing wrong meds and not reading the childrenā€™s background and charts. They never call me back when they say they will. If my kids need a referral it takes weeks or months for this place to sign up on it. donā€™t know what to do tho. Just so sad our community has came to this. I feel sorry for our future bc everythingā€™s just getting worse.
