The
nurse
we
had
today,
named
Heather
I
believe,
was
not
very
good.
She
was
not
very
friendly.
When
we
were
first
called
back,
she
acted
as
if
she
was
hurrying
us
through
the
motions
to
get
a
us
in
a
room
and
get
to
the
next
patient.
The
clinic
did
not
appear
very
busy
at
this
time.
I
did
not
feel
like
she
gave
care
or
attention
while
she
was
getting
us
ready
for
Dr.
Rhodes.
When
it
came
time
for
my
daughter
to
get
her
flu
shot,
my
daughter
was
naturally
scared
and
wanted
her
puppy
to
have
a
āshotā
first.
She
scoffed
it
off
and
didnāt
even
attempt
to
allow
my
daughter
to
see
there
was
nothing
to
be
scared
of.
I
had
to
hold
my
daughterās
arms
and
legs
(which
is
quite
a
stressful
situation
for
all)
and
she
was
not
allowing
me
proper
time
and
space
to
get
my
daughter
still
before
she
was
trying
to
give
her
the
shot.
After
she
gave
her
the
shot,
my
daughter
was
very
upset
and
I
made
a
comment
to
my
other
daughter
about
how
she
was
acting
in
a
way
that
was
upsetting
her
little
sister,
to
which
the
nurse
replied
āI
can
see
thatā.
The
entire
interaction
was
very
unpleasant.
I
am
a
pediatric
nurse
and
that
is
not
at
all
how
you
handle
children
in
that
setting
who
are
afraid
and
unsure.
There
was
never
any
attempt
to
calm
her.
While
I
understand
itās
not
her
job
to
placate
my
childās
feelings,
I
do
think
it
is
a
part
of
her
responsibilities
to
make
a
child
feel
calm
and
safe
in
their
environment.
She
did
not
do
this
at
all.
As
for
Dr.
Rhodes,
she
was
amazing
and
informative
as
always.
She
is
the
best
doctor
weāve
ever
seen
at
CAPC
and
the
main
reason
we
continue
to
use
this
clinic
for
my
children's
primary
care.
