We ordered a bounce house and chairs for my daughter's birthday party. Ordering was easy. The order was delivered early which my daughter was thrilled about because she got extra bounce house time. Everything was clean when it arrived. All communication was professional and prompt. We will definitely use them again!

We really enjoyed this bounce house service. We got the steep slide and the kids had a blast. They dropped it off the day before the party and picked it up the day after. We were able to get a lot of enjoyment out of it. The delivery staff were very professional and courteous.

I have used bounce genie for my sons birthday for the past 3 years now, EVERY YEAR! that’s how great they are. I Dont even think to look anywhere else for a water slide rental. They have a great selection, they drop off your slide early, and typically pick it up the next morning. If anyone asks me for bounce house or water slide recommendations, this is who I go with. Exceptional service, nice people, and a great time for all of the adults and kids.

Rented the dual lane slip & slide for a birthday party this weekend and had the BEST time!! Bounce Genie set up a day early so we didn’t have to worry about the set up the day of the party. The set up and pick up were quick and easy. Would definitely use Bounce Genie again!

We have used Bounce Genie for 3 years now. We use the website to find the availability of the waterslides we like and reserve everything online. The office sends us an email and text message of the confirmation. Then they confirm a drop off date and time a day or two before the party. The best part is that they usually drop off the day before the party! So the kids get a pre party quality check on the Waterslide before the rest of the kids show up. They love that! The slide comes clean and the crew are very friendly and informative in the best placement of the slide. The same crew came the day after the party to pick up the slide. I felt bad because I cut the grass the day before the party and grass clippings were everywhere from the kids. They hosed it and wiped it all down. (tipped them for the extra mess) WOW! They are professional and the company runs so smoothly. I'm so happy with this company and won't work with anyone else. Here's to many more birthdays together!

Highly recommend! I had no issues whatsoever. The guys that brought the slide were SUPER nice ! I was a bit worried where to put the slide in my yard and they talked me through the whole thing and let my daughter and cousins go in for a minute to make sure everything was where we wanted it Before they left! Which to them probably wasn’t a big deal but they have no idea how much the stress lifted off my shoulders ! I can not thank them enough ! Definitely will be back to rent from them again !

I rented two years in a row for my sons birthday party. Super seamless experience scheduling/set up, etc, and the kids (and adults) have such a fun time. The tables and chairs make it extra easy for party planning. 5 stars!
