Ben was extremely helpful and quickly identified the problem with our Kenmore cannister vacuum cleaner and was able to provide the needed part immediately. He fixed it while we waited and even replaced the filters on the vacuum cleaner at a very fair price. Other place I had called didn't even offer to look at the vacuum cleaner and instead suggested an approximate price without even looking at it and suggested it probably wasn't worth fixing. When we initially called Ben offered to look at the vacuum cleaner to provide a realistic price and fix. Ben should be commended for his honesty and willingness to help.

Go see Ben at Wyckoff Vacuum first! Don't waste your time and money like I did for years. Ben was my first call because he has serviced vacuums for me in the past and I was done with not making an investment. I went to his shop before Christmas Eve, having company with a black lab and cat and no working vacuum he lent me his floor model for the weekend. Sign me up! Bought a new Sebo. Didn't talk me into any fancy version or expensive add on tools. Told me what I needed for my shedding dog and I ordered the machine on the spot. Not even looking back. I know Ben will take care of anything I need. He's a true professional. We should support small businesses who still value and understand the meaning of good client service. No internet shopping on this purchase.

Ben is absolutely fantastic! I brought my mom's Shark over to have him take a quick look at it... They're not serviceable, and parts aren't particularly available... Even though I couldn't buy anything, Ben was more than happy to offer a quick cleaning and look at the vacuum. Sure enough, he had it running within minutes and wouldn't accept any money for his time. These gestures are why I always prefer to shop local wherever possible! If I lived up here and needee a new vacuum, I wouldn't think twice about going to Ben immediately. His shop appears well stocked, and well organized. Stop by if you're in the market, you'll be glad you did!

I e of the few remaining vacuum stores in the area. Does great work, very reasonable prices. Went today with a broken vacuum and walked out the door 10 mins later with it fixed and at a reasonable price.

Amazing customer service. Extremely helpful. I recently changed my central vacuum and the wall plates were very old and for a different system. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. He guide me in the right direction And gave me tips to do the job the right way. Would not use anyone else from now on. Had I known about the earlier I would of purchased everything from them. I am glad there is still businesses that operate like this out there. Thanks again for all your help.

I know they don't need anymore positive reviews but still...Ben is terrific!! Been going to him for years and he is always honest, fair, knowledgeable and professional. Always keeps it "old school" ,we need more shops like this. Don't even think about going anywhere else for your vacuum needs.
