I do think it's very overpriced due to the location and tourists but it's a good experience. A lot of the sculptures are done very well. It's interesting to see them in 360 and understand how tall everyone is in person. I do think they made some of the stars skinnier like Beyonce and Marilyn Monroe, also Demi Levato. Those girls definitely have more curves and as more of a plus sized person it'd be nice to see more representation.

Absolutely loved it, worth the money. Too bad that they only sell general admission ticket online at least they told me that. If you’re not a fan of Marvel you still cannot skip it. But anyways we had so much fun, it is a bit creepy though :D

I really enjoyed myself as I love me a good wax museum and what better way than to visit the best one in hollywood. I had fun with all the stars and big a list actors, singers etc lol. The staff was very friendly and inviting. So much to see as you will be there for a while but non stop fun. Can't wait to comeback and visit.

I find wax museums like Mme Tussaud very amusing. We had fun reading about celebrities and historical characters. I think the visit is totally worth the price. I have been to other wax museums and loved them too (specially the one in DC)

Love this place! So many celebrities wax and they look real! It is located on Hollywood Bld and is best to park at Ovation Shopping Centre which costs $20 for wholeday. Staffs are friendly and everywhere looks clean too. Thank you!

We had such a great time at Madame Tussauds Hollywood. Unlike some of the other locations that can feel a bit short or rushed, the Hollywood location has many interactive displays that make the price worthwhile and a ton of fun. From horror to pop to western to 90s this location has a ton of displays and you can bundle your ticket with another museum like Ripleys Believe it or Not. Masks are required at this location but you are able to briefly take off your mask to pose and take pictures with the wax figures. If you are staying or spending time in Hollywood please do yourself a favor and come here. It's a ton of fun.

Sooooo much fun!!! The wax figures were seriously so lifelike. The layout was great and made for really fun, good pictures. And the 4D marvel experience was super fun, glad we added the ticket.

Madame Tussauds was a lot of fun! Seeing your favorite actors and musicians and being able to take pictures with such lifelike wax figures. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a Henry Cavill wax figure! I highly recommend stopping by, my family and I enjoyed it so much!!

Didn’t end up going in as we were a party of 9 and not everyone was onboard paying $35+ per ticket. Took pictures from outside, was a lot of fun.

Madame Tussauds in LA was an amazing experience! The lifelike wax figures were incredibly detailed and made for fantastic photo opportunities. From Hollywood stars to historical icons, the variety of exhibits was impressive. The interactive displays added an extra layer of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. A must-visit spot for anyone exploring LA!

A must-see! Went with family and had a blast! There are so many wax celebrities that look identical to the actual celebrity and there are some props there that you can wear and sit on.

I’ve been to the Madame in NYC, Tennessee, Vegas etc. Every wax museum has something different to offer. It’s about the selfie and photo op experience. Some Wax models are only at certain locations. If you want to get off the Hollywood strip for a quick fun selfie this is your place.

Visited during vacation. I expected the museum to be much bigger. A small handful of the celebrities were a bit of off in my opinion, but most were spot on! Either way, I’m glad I visited. It was fun to check it off my tourist bucket list. My only suggestion for improvement would be how the photos are taken. The cameraman went through the poses too fast!

Probably one of my favorite places we visited while we were on the walk of fame. Madam Tussauds Hollywood was well worth the money. They did a great job with the sculptures.

This place was so much fun!! The mannequins looked extremely realistic and there was a ton of them (the museum is three floors). We bought the joint museum package with Ripleys Believe it or not and Madam Tussauds and the price was so worth it for the fun we had. Of course these are touristy destinations but isn’t just about everything in Hollywood? Come be a tourist here and don’t be ashamed of it!

This place has so many realistic looking wax figures that was fun taking pictures with. It was really cool to look at the celebrities and see how tall they were because that’s something you can’t really tell from tv. They had a great variety of celebrities and even opportunities to take interactive pictures. They had clothes and other props for you to dress up as another person. All in all, it was really fun place to take endless amounts of pictures.

This was so cool. We got tickets here because we took a big bus tour. The Tickets to get into Madane Tussauds was included in the Big bus tour package. It's so worth it. This place has a lot of figures to look at. It may take up to 2 hours to get through it all. Make sure to watch the Marvel movie in the end. It's really cool. Only $5 more per person.

Good place to visit with a legoland elite pass. Lots of characters minus the presidents with a twist, and with a vampire zone. But we love this place. Suggest to cater around 2-3 hours if you need to take photos with everything.

A must do if you're visiting Hollywood. It's fun to walk around the exhibitions. The whole place is interactive so you can play around and get some good pictures. The added little accessories here and there to make it extra fun. You can feel part of the movie for a minute. I think that was my favorite part, the movie exhibition. And well pretty much every celebrity wax figure look pretty real.

This place was great. It was cool to be able to see stars from all ages of the Hollywood scene. The quality of the wax figures proves that they took the time to get it right. I would definitely visit again.

My girlfriend and I traveled to Los Angeles for New Years. We booked this trip for on the Thursday before. We were walking down the hollywood walk of fame and was stopped and offered a 2 for 1 special. With it being something new we were quite excited. Needless to say the experience wasn't great. Only stop we really had was 10 minutes a ways away from the hollywood sign but a nice looking stop. We were supposed to leave around 3:15pm. We left our pick up at 6pm. We were told there's traffic which we realized there was. The sites we were told we would stop at me didnt unfortunately. It got dark quick and our driver would say this person's house was there and that person used to live there, all while driving. We didnt get much out of it and I've seen the good reviews but unfortunately this was a very disappointing attraction for us. It's just bad that were told we'll stop at certain places and dont stop anywhere except one place. It would of been nice to be offered a replacement for another time as this was also cut short because it was dark but we started almost 2 hrs late and we got punished for it. Yes the 2 for 1 deal was nice but this time around it wasnt worth it unfortunately

Amazing experience. I had a lot of fun there. Honestly, with few people around I didnt know who is actual person and who is waxed, how cool is that? Love Terminator and Godzilla, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp... all of them.

We took a city pass so the ticket costed little cheap to us. We chose the Warner Bros studio tour, madame Tussauds and Battleship Iowa . It was not extensive but fun and crisp. The best part was the props available which were for the public to use and get themselves clicked in. It had few important wax statues missing, so it was limited as compared to another museum on the same street- museum of wax which has more than 200+ statues. Parking is paid and u will be able to find it next street to the museum. It's on the walk of fame path so u can cover that too and the Chinese theatre next door.

We're not huge into celebrity culture and we hesitated into going in, but it's actually a lot cooler then we thought. If you're like us and you're hesitating into getting admission, I suggest you go.

Definitely a must see... A lot of props for photos. The figures look very real in person. The Marvel 4D is nice for all ages and fans. This is a top tier museum.

Going to museums is one of my favorite things to do! Art is a weird, inspiring, amazing, and interesting thing. I pretend I'm sophisticated and I tend to interpret the paintings and sculptures. Madame Tussauds Hollywood is a different, somewhat modern museum. Not to mention, it's free! Parking is , but there are other options, of course.

We were impressed with a lot of the wax figures. Some were very realistic. A few didn’t meet the expectation, but still well done.

So much fun for the kids and the whole family! They got to see their favorite celebrities and act out things. It was an experience unlike any other. It was so much bigger than I'd have expected also! Worth the time and money!

Good opportunity for photo ops with celebrities. The wax figures are realistic dimensions to provide unique perspective. Some of the celebrities (looking at you Leo) aren’t quite as accurate as others. However, there is a little something for all ages. Anticipate around an hour to pose with all and notice the props.

(Translated by Google) The guide was extremely good. Actually, I did not want to go to L. A. but after this tour I was totally thrilled and able to see more. The only reduction: unfortunately too short for the price. But, it brought Hollywood closer to me. (Original) Der Guide war extrem gut. Ich wollte eigentlich gar nicht nach L. This is a super fun and cool place! Madame Tussaud’s Hollywood is a great place to have fun and do it “Hollywood Style”. All their museums are good, but this one is special (In my opinion) because is inspired by the the top celebrities of all times. Most of the sculptures are related to the show business: Actors, Musicians, Singers, etc. You can take super funny pictures with your favorite characters. I loved the “twist” they made at this museum. 100% recommended 👍

This place was really cool. Some of the wax statues looked so real that you had to do a double take as it felt as if people were in the room with you. The 4d movie at the end was also really fun

A unique experience with shockingly realistic wax figures. They showcase a wide variety of celebrities.

  • 4/5 Paul S. 3 years ago on Google
Interesting expression of sculpting art of real people. Face work is amazing. Clothing could use more attention as a lot of outfit looked larger and too loose on figures like Jammie Fox and Brad Pit. Well worth the time and money.

Madame Tussaud’s has to be one of the best museums for show biz fans visiting Hollywood! It gives a chance to have an up close and personal space look with world famous celebrities, whom they would normally never get that close to. It’s an amazing showing of wax likenesses that should be included in the must see list of places to go, when visiting LA! I thought the wax Michael Jackson looked like the real thing, more so than the impersonator posing for cash on the sidewalk just outside. Marilyn Monroe’s looking hot in wax, like a candle in the wind! And Captain America looked as though he was about to throw his shield up! The lifelike experience is well worth a good time. Tho better to go with enough time of at least an hour, if not longer! It will leave a lasting impression on all who see it!

  • 5/5 Asna S. 2 years ago on Google
So much fun taking pictures with the figures and everyone looks so real, it's almost a little scary. It's 3 levels of exhibits and you can't turn back once you exit a level so stick around and take all your pictures in one place before moving on. The Avengers 4D movie was also a nice bonus experience

  • 5/5 Kathyrn N. 2 years ago on Google

Madame Tussaud’s………WOW!!!!!!!!! A place where everything is illusionary……where you confuse statues with people and sometimes people with statues 🤣 where doors are made to look like curtains….🤣 where you feel like you’re partying with the stars…. Oh and the Marvel universe 4D show…. Where you feel like you’ve entered a whole new era and there are superheroes standing right next to you…… Parking was $20 Oh and MAKE SURE you use your AAA discount….. you get almost $10 off….

  • 5/5 Oscar H. F. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to go just be prepared because they have a lot of different types of celebrities. You’ll be taking pictures for a while . Great location near other attractions. Shopping center near by called Hollywood and highland center . Plenty of underground parking with subway station nearby also. The Roosevelt hotel is across the street with plenty of souvenir shops.

  • 5/5 Christian S. 1 year ago on Google
You have to do this. We were there right after it opened and were almost alone. Everything was very harmonious and the wax figures look deceptively real. Some figures have accessories that can be used for a photo. Despite not having booked Marvel 4D, we were asked if we wanted to see the film. Unfortunately Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is currently in the makeover. We found that out on request. But we were allowed to look at his body and head in the background and saw the "making" and "reworking". that was very interesting. Staff was very friendly at all time. Thank you very much for the great time.
