The Parker has gone so downhill in the past years. I’ve been a resident now for 3 years and they continue to advertise new promotions and specials for perspective residents and not offer its current residents any incentives. I received a rent increase as a “special incentive” according to them. All the positive reviews are from people who don’t even live here because they want to win the raffles the Parker advertises. Also the construction has been a nightmare and we can barely even get into the garage we pay for and it’s open most of the time anyways. As someone who actually lives here take it from me.

Absolutely love these apartments. I've been here for 2 years now and cannot say enough good things. Hayden, Brie, Liv and especially Thomas, the manager have exceeded all my needs. Anytime I have questions or any residential requests they are quick to respond and communicate with me. The Parker staff have showed excellent professionalism and hospitality. Lester, head of maintenance is the sweetest man I've ever met and is always on call for any apartment/maintenance issues. I strongly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a fun, professional and caring residence. Thank you Parker staff for everything. You guys are great.

By far the best student housing building on campus. Top-notch staff that is easy to work with. Les is awesome, always there to help solve maintenance-related issues in a quick/timely manner.

I’ve lived here for two years and I love it! I recommend it to all my friends! The pool and gym are amazing spaces!!

This is my second year living here and I loved it last year, however I am not as impressed this year as I was last year. I got locked out of my bedroom recently and called the lockout number over 10 times and was locked out for 12 hours. I never got a call back and had to reach out to a friend that used to work here and they contacted one of the workers and then they came to unlock my door. It is a nice building however the pool is always busy and the maintenance can take a bit. The workers are all very nice though and do their best to help when they can.

This is my third year living here and one thing I can say is that quality has changed immensely. My first year was amazing and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Staff was polite and treated you with respect. Now, staff can be rude, talks down to residents as if we are children not paying residents, and don’t get things done. All they care about lately is pushing new people to sign, which I understand but it is at the cost of current residents. I have also not had a microwave in my apartment this whole semester (5 months). If staff changed, I think this apartment complex could go back to being true luxury living. But with the current state of things, the price does not match up with the quality of living.

I love the Parker and I can truly call this place home! The staff is so friendly and helpful. If there’s an issue either in my apartment or the property, maintenance is always willing to help. I’ve submitted a few maintenance requests for little things in our apartment and they are usually here by the end of the day or the following day!

Living here has been great. The staff is incredibly friendly and the maintenance crew is very fast and responsive. It also helps that the location is great and classes are all walking distance. While it may be expensive which is my main issue I do enjoy living here and think it’s a great place to live.

This apartment has been so much better than any other in which I’ve lived. It has great amenities and the maintenance people are so helpful and so quick at fixing any issue that comes up. Very happy to be living here. The only downside is the price, but so worth it!
