I had an abscess that needed treatment ASAP. The staff were extremely helpful and informative, gave me a quote for price of services and info on services right on the phone and scheduled my appointment same day of call. Doctor and Front desk were very professional, efficient, and comfortable. Check-in and procedure took about 30 minutes and I even got a great discount on prescribed medication after.

The staff treated me very well and explained everything that they were doing. They answered any questions I had without making me feel like I was asking a dumb question. I would absolutely come back. I love the doctor and the team she has!

I'm really happy I found Urgent Way of Hicksville. The person at the front desk, Dimple, is super friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcome and gave me a good first impression of the place. During my visits, making my experience as a patient really good. I've been to this center two times, and both times I didn't have to wait long, which made me very happy with the service.

This is a great facility. I dropped in back in August and I was seen almost immediately. Then I had to come back about a month later due to a snafu with some paperwork. The staff was super friendly and worked with me to get everything corrected (thanks Rosa!).

Very refreshing to walk into a medical office with a specific request and have the staff completely grant your wishes, without question. I wanted testing done and other urgent cares turned me away, citing that general doctors would see me for that (who have waitlists). Thank you for taking my insurance and doing what I asked to be done for me, and for not making me wait.
