Had a fabulous visit today and was wowed by the owner and his business friend from Loony Bin BBQ. Delicious combo of donut meets East Carolina pulled pork was my meal of choice before a movie. Definitely get there, both places, if you get a chance. Sandy Pony Donuts has unique flavors that are as beautiful to the eye as they are to the palette. Fun names followed by toppings will just leave you undecided for quite some time. Very much worth the cost because they are made fresh to order. Be prepared to devour the most sweetest concoction to your mouth yet. One of the photos here is a donut meets East Carolina pulled pork meal. Loony Bin BBQ folks drop by on occasion for a mash-up and I'm glad I was there for their visit today.

DE.LI.CIOUS. !!!! The donuts are the perfect size, taste heavenly when warm, and taste like funnel cake!! I love all of the flavor ideas! My favorites were the Ms.Sandy and the Yabba Dabba Doo Nut !! The fruity pebbles on the Yabba were still crunchy!! It was like magic! I got a half dozen with the: ms.sandy, blue moon, strawberry stallion, dirty, sea foam, and yabba I also got an açaí bowl (on the Uber eats app the toppings weren’t really worth it at 50 cents a piece - I like it when stores allow you two or three included in the price) but! the açaí was so good! It’s got a subtle sweetness to it! I ended up adding my own honey, coconut flakes, and granola to it at home and it was amazing!

BEST GLUTEN FREE DONUTS ever!!!! Like your not missing out on anything, they are delish!!!! My family raves about their regular donut also. So the wait on weekends can be ridiculous though. My advice is place your order online if possible.

My Acai Bowl was delicious & Was very full (in container!) Great quality and so yummy. The donut was smaller than expected but so tasty!!! Will be coming back again !!

My husband and I were introduced to Sandy Pony Donuts at the preview screening of "Dune" at Columbia AMC a couple of weeks ago. The "Dune-nut" was very tasty and we made a note of the business name. Fast forward to 10/31, we stopped by Sandy Pony Donuts in Annapolis to pick up some post-race treats (Hubby ran the Bay Bridge Run). I stayed with the classics: Glazed and Big Pearl. Hubby got the Blueberry Pie, Sand Dune and Misty Mint. The donuts were made-to-order, warm, tender, slightly chewy...mmmmm! Very friendly staff, quick transaction - we would absolutely purchase from this business again! P.S. the donuts were consumed in the car on the drive home. :-)

So I meant to take a picture once I got in the car. Unfortunately, because the donuts were so warm and smelled so delicious I totally forgot and remembered as I was done eating. Ordered the Yabba Dabba, cookies n' cream, and the pony party. The one that surprised me the most was the pony party, the strawberry glaze did not over power the donut and worked well with the sprinkles. The fact that the donuts were warm made the whole experience delicious. Can't wait to try the rest. Update: we went for more :-D

We love this place. My younger son has food allergies, and they are really good here at preventing cross-contamination. This is the only place in town that I have found where he can have a donut safely. Plus, the donuts are awesome! The acai bowls are splendid, too. They also have bubble tea. What's not to like?

These are the best donuts around. I took a box to work and someone told me thrley were the best donuts they ever had! They are made fresh per your order so you receive them warm. I would highly recommend supporting this local business!

The real deal. I'm shocked there isn't a line out this place every morning. We have tried a bunch of flavors but the French Toast donut is without a doubt one of the greatest things to come out of Annapolis, Maryland. It isn't too heavy because it is a cake donut, so you can eat a few without feeling like you're going to die! Which is fantastic! I can't recommend enough. The staff is always very pleasant too.

I've had donuts all over the country, and these are the best. Fresh fried, melt in your mouth chunks of heaven. Never too sweet, perfect size. We love going to Chincoteague for them, it's become a tradition. There will probably be a line, as there should be with all the best things. They're worth it!

This place is great! My granddaughters insisted that I leave a review because they loved it so much :-). The cake donuts are the lightest ever, there are many different flavors, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The donuts were warm, which surprised us, and they were served very quickly. A big thumbs up!

Reminded me of when I grew up with the Fractured Prune! To me, this is how donuts should be! Friendly staff, delicious sugary start to the day, had Rise Up Coffee on deck .. no complaints here!

OMG! Best lemon filled donut I have ever had! Taste just like lemon meringue pie. Glazed donuts are awesome too. Can’t wait to try other flavors

Very disappointed. I ordered an açaí bowl and I barely have any yogurt in my bowl. I only have coconut, blueberries and peanut butter.
