Was a great time for our date night with no kids!. Took about an hour and a half from start to finish. Which we loved since we were enjoying time out and away! Make sure to save room for dessert. Its the best part! It's also super fun to cook your own food even as an adult lol.

It was a nice experience to have the meal cooked right on the dining table. Having the food temperature as I want it was the enjoyable part. We had a good customer service too.

The four course meal was delicious, along with their mule drink. Everything was perfect from the cheese fondue, entré and the chocolate fondue. So full afterward. Also had the best server and she made everything enjoyable!

I had such a great time here today. I was provided excellent service by Mickey J. Everything was delicious. You really have to pick the right food choices and cooking styles for your liking. I chose the cast iron and asked for some olive oil to base the skillet. Mickey J, brought out some Garlic seasoning, grounded pepper and sea salt, which cooked and seasoned the meat and vegetables perfectly. I felt like an Iron Chef on that grill today lol. The dessert and drinks were great. I will definitely be back!

Came here for a birthday and its OK. Pretty expensive for what you get. It’s a cool show and everything, but not worth it imo. Service was good, but it seemed like they were under staffed. Everything came out pretty slow. We got two of the dinner for twos (50 a head). Definitely get the cast iron to cook the meats. Cheese fondu (7/10): pretty good. Cool starter. When our water was making it, we said yes to the garlic, but it came out WAY too garlicky. I would recommend going 1/4 of the cup they bring out. But it was good, I wasn’t the biggest fan but others at the table liked it. Steak lovers (7/10): Eh. it was okay. Filet Mignon was good, but there wasn’t many pieces. And the Marinated steak was just flank steak so it was chewy. Not much meats since this is the main part. Chocolate fondu (9/10): best part. Delicious desserts that we could dip in the delicious chocolate. Great way to wrap this dinner off!

First time trying fondue. It was good but not worth the $$$. Walking into the restaurant is a little disorienting since you're smelling the various broths other customers are using for their dinner. While it is definitely an experience, for $124 I don't think we will be returning.

Great experience but I would say that it’s a little pricey. The sauces that goes with the meat aren’t that good. I love the experience but I may not come back anytime soon. It’s probably just me since I lived in Japan for quite a while and have high expectations of places that serves meat and cheese. Lol

My 1st time going to this restaurant was amazing. I went with some of my coworkers for our Christmas dinner and it was amazing we had the best waitress ever( Mario). If you ever go definitely request him. The food was so amazing and the desert was to die for. I will definitely go again. Thank you Mario for the great service

Last night I threw a small baby shower for 10 in the back room. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is! They let me in early to decorate and even helped! Even staff that wasn't our server wanted to help! The food was amazing, the drinks were fabulous! I can't wait to go back! Thank you for everything!

I have been coming here (not always this exact location, but Melting Pot, in general) every year since 2011. We come every December to celebrate our anniversary. 10 years ago, we came to the Annapolis location and got curtain service with rose petals and champagne. They no longer do this, which I really wish they did. Also, I don't like that they no longer do the Create Your Own, as I usually just stick with shrimp and ravioli. Their new menu kind of forces you to eat choices you'd otherwise not pick. Other than that, I absolutely love coming here... the staff is always wonderful and the noise level is never too high! We always enjoy ourselves when we're here!

I love this place! It’s my all Time favorite restaurant. The service is always great! Everyone is always so friendly, especially the servers. The food never disappoints. Love the experience, you don’t get it many places.

We have frequented The Melting Pot for years, for birthdays, girls' night out, and other celebrations. I must say that it has changed. Servers used to make you feel welcomed and prepared the cheeses, broths, and chocolate for desserts in front of you. Recommending wine or spirits that pair well with the meal. Most of the pots were prepared away from the table, portions seemed smaller, we had 4 adult dinners and were given a plate of vegetables with 2 mushrooms, 2 broccoli pieces, and 2 potato pieces. The food is still very good, but the atmosphere with the service is less special. Perhaps it was an off day, which I am hoping. It will be some time before we give it another chance. Oh, and always make reservations for a double broiler/2 pots. We did make reservations for this, and they tried to sit our party of 4 at a one pot table. One pot limits your choices and would not be enough for a party of four.

Terrible. All of the service was awful. They sat us at a dirty table and gave us a sticky and wet menu. Restaurant was not even at half capacity on a Sunday, yet the food took over 45 minutes to arrive. I asked for no shrimp 4 times and they still brought it. They kept spilling the sauces on our table. The manager also got our order wrong. Our waitress kept coming to us to tell us our food is almost coming and it only arrived after her 8th announcement. It also took over 30 minutes just to get our first order in for drinks. They removed our food while we were still eating as well. The place felt unsanitary also. I wanted this first experience to be nice but I had the opposite feeling. I wouldn’t recommend.

We went in for the first time for an anniversary date night. At first we were a bit confused with the menu, but our server Kris was phenomenal. He explained everything and was very friendly. Kris treated us like we were friends he'd known for years. The cheese was amazing. The salads were salads. The entrees were pretty good. We were not a fan of the duck. I enjoyed the salmon and garlic steak. The dessert was the showstopper. We would probably go in for the cheese fondue and the dessert again. The entre was good, but did not compare to the first and last course. Also, huge shout out again to Kris because he was just amazing!
