I had an appointment this morning with my rheumatologist, Dr. C. Sullivan. Who by the way, is a wonderful Doctor. She looks at all of me. I feel she truly cares about me. The women that greeted me when I walked into the building were cheerful and helpful. The woman who checked me out was patient and kind. It was a good experience from beginning to end.

Amazing from as soon as I walked in. Greated by the front desk staff with smiles, they accommodated me by calling the nurse Roxanne to see if they could get me in earlier, I was able to get in 40 minutes prior to my appointment time, professional, pleasant and funny describes Roxanne, She made me feel like a family member, Doctor Daugherty came in got to know me a bit and made me feel comfortable, he did his exam and explained everything to me. Checking out was simple and fast. I highly recommend this office and staff to take care of your medical needs. Thank you Sammy

I have been going to Villages Health for years. It's a pleasure to go to the drs. where they don't overbook and keep you waiting forever. Everyone you meet from the moment you walk in are all so pleasant and cheerful. I have been seeing Laura Williams who is wonderful! I never feel rushed when I am there. Dr Williams is very kind and caring. What a pleasant experience!

It was my first time coming to the Specialty Care Center at Spanish Springs. The directions that Grace the scheduler were good. The young woman who checked me in greeted me and was so very upbeat! My podiatrist referral was Dr. Reed. He and his nurse were very good listeners to circumstances and facts that were associated with my 'feet' issues. That gave me confidence. Dr. Reed was professional but empathetic and offered lots of pertinent information. I am so glad he and I worked out a plan for my recovery. The entire experience right down to the helpful employee at the Check out counter was a fine ' necessary' experience..

When I went to the dentist yesterday, she suggested I see a dermatologist about something on my lip. I emailed a note to my PCP via the Patient Portal at 9:00 that night. By the time I got up, my Dr had responded. She said either she could see me or her Dermatology PA could see me that day. I called for an appointment and was seen by both the PA and my doctor within a couple hours. All’s fine with my lip. The speed in which my email was answered, the fact I was able to make an appointment at 7:30 AM for later that morning, and the quickness of being checked in (and out) were amazing. I am always impressed with the Santa Barbara Care Center and its staff. They do a stellar job.

Everybody was kind and generous. The surgery went well. And I’m doing great. Haven’t had to take much pain medication at all nothing like the first time when I had the same thing done everything went great. I hold my gratitude to the most man on high and the doctors keep me in your prayers that things will continue going good. Have a blessed one. oh don’t let me leave this house and also God bless me with a knee scooter and goggle. I’m done.

The visit to the center was great. The text message for my appointment left a lot to be desired. There was no address no prep instructions and it said to be there 15 minutes early and I didn’t need to be. I could’ve been there one minute early and then just fine. It did leave instructions on wearing a facemask and how to cancel or reschedule.

I had a wonderful experience with Brittany who did my Dexa scan. Not only was she one of the most pleasant people that I have met in the medical field since I’ve been here in the past year, she was extremely professional, explained the report in the chart that I will receive so I can understand them, and even took a side view of my spine, which nobody has done in the past 10 years. It is one of the very few times I didn’t feel like a piece of meat being processed on an assembly line. Thank you Brittany you are a light in a dim field.

I went to Dr. Greene today for my yearly check up, and as usual she was very thorough and easy to converse with. We discussed my usual medical problems and any new concerns. I feel comfortable going to her because she takes my health concerns seriously and sends me to specialists if she feels I need more focused care.

Dr. Racquet is excellent! She really seems to care about her patients. She remembered things that I told her the year before. I thought that was so nice. She also has a good sense of humor and easy to talk to. Her staff is awesome too!!

I saw Dr Michael Reed, podiatrist today, for foot pain on 11/8/23. His office was efficient and spoke with me beforehand to evaluate the problem and ordered xrays. This helped Dr Reed diagnose my problem. Doctor took time to introduce himself and let me know he was here to listen to me. A thorough exam was done, followed by a discussion of what Dr Reed thought the problem to be. A few options for treatment were outlined, with the doctor explaining the pros and cons of each. In the end, I opted for a cortisone injection as we would be traveling in the near future and I was hoping for relief. Dr Reed gave the shot, and it is the first time I’ve ever had a cortisone injection that did not hurt. At all. Dr Reed listens well, is compassionate and his staff is nice, too. Highly recommend.

I have the pleasure of having Susan Lephart and her staff as my endocrinology team. They are the most professional, caring medical teams that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of being diabetic. I highly recommend Susan for any Endocrinology needs.

From the moment I walked in for my appointment with Dr. Michael Reed, I felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive. After a little chit chat, Dr. Reed told me that he was there to listen to me and listen he did!! He asked many questions as he examined my feet. He then offered some alternatives to surgery but suggested the decision was mine. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor say he wants me to do what is most comfortable for me. He gave me exercises to try and suggested some products that I could try to make my feet feel better. If I should in the future decide to pursue surgery, Dr. Reed will be my doctor of choice. As I was leaving, his staff produced a collection of pages of foot products and suggested a place to buy those. What could have been an anxiety filled experience, turned out to be totally positive. Thank you Dr. Reed and staff!!

Saw Dr Elizabeth Raquet at The Villages Specialty as my Gynecologist for the first time. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Raquet was so thorough and understanding. She took her time and answered any questions I asked her. Her bedside manners were excellent and caring. Very impressed with my first visit and would recommend her highly to any women looking for a Gynecologist.
