Oh my gosh! Outstanding professionalism, great work ethic and totally nice guys. Everything explained from what happened to my old system to the options for a new system. I’d call them again in a heartbeat! New mini-split system installed.

Installers were professional and helpful. Cleaned up everything. Justin was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Can't say enough good about him. Glad I went with this company and would highly recommend them. Was informed by text when they were on their way. Was on time and installed both my new furnace and air conditioner in one day.

I discovered a gas leak and Justin from Galaxy was here within 24 hours and got the repair completed fast and efficiently. I would recommend Galaxy to anyone they are an amazing company to work with and always fair and knowledgeable.

Galaxy installed 2-4Ton minisplits in my shop. They did an amazing job on the install and cleaning up when finished. I really can't speak highly enough about them, one of the few companies that have amazing communication, and really work with you to get the end results you desire .

The service tech was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about questions that we had. I would recommend them if you need work done or need new air conditioner or heater.

The only reason I didn’t use this business is that we had set a cap on how much we could spend on the entire renovation of the house. Justin made a good impression from the start and understanding what we were dealing with took the initiative and asked if I would be alright with him contacting 2 other contractors so we could meet at the house and get the estimates done in one day I really appreciated that and he explained it all to me. I could tell that he knew what he was doing and had experience in the business. He was on time and so were the other two! Unfortunately the renovation everything included ended up too much for us in addition to the purchase price and we didn’t buy the house! I can recommend Justin and his business - great quality!

I can't say enough good things about Galaxy. I submitted an inquiry at about 3:30 in the afternoon on their website. Libby called back within about 20 minutes, and said they could respond that day. Justin arrived just like she said he would. You know the guy you go to when you know something needs to happen? He is THAT guy. His troubleshooting skills are excellent, methodical, and accurate. He spent the time needed, and troubleshot a failing high limit sensor. He had one by next day, AND even managed to get two when the first one was DOA from the vendor. I've worked on electromechanical for over 40 years, so have some knowledge of how stuff works. If you want your stuff fixed, fixed right, and with professionalism and grace (rare today) you better call Galaxy.
