we came back here because we were here in March and it was beautiful. A little disappointed because there is a wedding going on outside. it is very crowded and loud. With all the Covid-19 going on and supposed to be social distancing there is no social distancing. A little concerned about that. We ordered room service at 7:00. It is 8:20 now and we still haven't received it. Just found out that the Bistro close at 8:00 and we still have not received our dinner. We have nothing to eat. Not a good experience so far. It is my birthday. My husband brought me here to celebrate and so far it has not been a good time. When we got here at the toilet was dirty and there were his hair on it.I had to clean it. But when we were here last time we had a beautiful room it was large and roomyThis room is not as big. I plan on contacting the front desk when we check out. We were going to say two days but I think we're going to leave tomorrow. That is what I think about Gervasi.

This is great for a getaway and the food at all three restaurants is delicious. The service e is fantastic. The sangria is really good and the Romanza wine is my personal favorite. The villas are beautiful and well appointed. We stay here for a weekend annually to have a romantic weekend away. The grounds are lovely for a quite stroll.

We were there for an event. We had a dinner and demonstration by Meg Feller. Very well presented. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely room, however the bathroom is on the first floor and the bed is on the second. The upstairs fan made some clicking noise all night long. We asked for the sofa bed to be made and it was not ready when we checked in. I think $600 per night is significantly over priced in N. Canton, Ohio. And a toilet paper upgrade is in order. The grounds, shop and restaurants are lovely for a weekend.

We had an overall good experience for our one night stay. The food and staff were very good. The view is peaceful and beautiful until evening, and then it picks up a bit. We stayed in the two story villa room that looks beautiful. We had a few cleaning issues that were not major. At checkout, we notified the desk and they apologized then took care of it appropriately. Breakfast was prompt and can be eaten in the room or in the nice communal area. The communal area has a coffee/ tea area that is self-serving and includes bottled water, juice, and pop, which is nice. If we needed anything, the staff brought it promptly. There is one table on the small patio overlooking the water so realistically only one couple would be sitting at the table at a time. This didn't pose a problem for us to wait our turn. Since the bedroom is above the entryway, we could hear the door shutting each time. A train came by around 2am and shook the whole building, the ceiling fan light came on by itself around 10pm. The property grounds look phenomenal, and the crew work hard to keep it as such, so it's shameful when grown adults throw trash on the ground, the trash was picked up quickly. The vineyard has signs that say they spray with pesticides. We frequent a lot of B&B's and plan to return in the future.

I was there for an event. A friend had food allergies that were advised in advance but at the event they were not aware of them. It's disappointing for an establishment of this caliber.

First time there.i felt like I was in Italy...so so beautiful.the whole place was well kept and gorgeous.

Just here to do hair for a wedding I would love to come back and stay here. we were in a villa which was amazing!! it was just the best atmosphere ,decor,etc . Beautiful

I love this place. The food is sooo good and the atmosphere is so different at each location. There are 4 restaurants and each one is unique. They have dessert pairings and dinner pairings you must try.

I was there for a job interview and did not look around the property. I can tell you that this particular location has 48 rooms. That is all that I can say for now, so I can't tell you about the rooms specifically or how the service is, but the location is secluded and beautiful.

This place is gorgeous .I could not believe that a place like this was hiding out . I didn't have to go a million miles to find an oasis from the city .

Had an issue with check-in and breakfast that were taken care of later by the Villa Support Manager. The room was beyond anything I could have ever imagined, especially for the price. The only thing missing was the countryside of Italy.

Excellent accommodations, everyone we encountered here had a top-notch attitude, we ate out each day we were here and the food is some of the best I’ve had around here. This place is very good, they have it all together.
