TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AGAIN AND THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE!!! 49 dollar oils change turns in to 120 after a tire plug....Tire patch failed too! I went in for a oil change and was told by their oil is Mobil 1 full synthetic by their service advisor. It's not! Total bait and switch bt TGK. Lonnie their service advisor was a Jerk about the whole situation. Lonnie is very combative and immediately denys any wrong doing. In their pre picture no damage is evident. He argues that the shadow could be it. So ridiculous!!! To top it all off my car wasn't even outside I had to walk around the building to find the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE💯

Great experience! Been working on lifted truck for 7 years before Dan pointed out the problem. I fixed the problem, brought it back and now she rolls nice and straight

TGK does an incredible full synthetic oil change for the best prices in town and helps me keep my vehicles running in tip top shape. They are honest about what needs to be done and if something can wait till later. I really appreciate their customer service! The only thing that could make it better is if I could book appointments online through a system that shoes their availability. They are so good at what they do that they are usually booked out for a week.

Had my first service here today. Will definitely go back. Service was quick. Got a detailed inspection report when all done. Decent waiting area with coffee and snack. Helpful and polite for scheduling, checking in, and when it was completed.

The service was fast and affordable. WiFi was good and they have a nice table with electrical plugs for working. It took less than 30 minutes to get my oil changed. Definitely will return! The staff didn’t talk down to me and it felt like they were honest and transparent. Thanks TGK ham lake-

I am suspicious of the practices of this shop. They told me I didn't have the choice but to do a diagnostic, even though I already knew what the issue I wanted repaired was. They charged me $200 to look at my car, tell me what I told them was wrong, and that I need tires. The price they quoted me to change an alternator was almost 1k. Every. Single. Other. Shop. I spoke with charges 500-600. And none of them charged $200 to tell me I was right about the alternator and I needed tires. I think they are taking advantage of people who don't know anything about auto repair. I think they are inflating their prices A LOT. I almost never have left a bad review anywhere but I think people deserve to know they should seek auto repair elsewhere. I got my oil changed, and alternator fixed for half of what they charged for just an alternator. They sent me home less 200 bucks with a broken car, and I regret very much seeking their services.
