Do you like long holds? Do you like to see a different Doctor and never get to see your actual Primary Doctor? Do you like being on hold for 20 minutes, only to be disconnected. Do you like being treated like an inconvenience and not an actual person. Do you like working with an unprofessional staff: front end, back end and everything in between: then The Maxwell Group will work great for you! Sub-par care awful communication skills, no empathy for what families are going through!!!!!! I'd give them a no star rating, if I could. One star is only because I have to, not because they deserve it!

Dr. Johnson is the best PCP I've had in my 85 years. He has a great office/bedside manner, listens to me and has a great common sense attitude about my health. It's a pleasure to be on his "honor roll" as a patient.

I recently changed from Kaiser Permanente (CA) to Banner Medicare Advantage Prime HMO (AZ). Having been with KP for over 40 years, needless to say, I was reluctant to make this change. However, after my doctor visits with Dr. Shui (Maxwell Group), I couldn't be more happier with my new Primary Care Physician!! Dr. Shui is so incredibly personable and very caring! While I know he has other patients, whenever I come to see him, he makes me feel that I am his ONLY patient! Dr. Shui goes above and beyond to understand my medical history and he always provides me knowledgeable responses to any questions that I may have. Upon leaving my appointments with him, I always tell him "Thank you Dr. Shui for taking such good care of me!" I also have to say "thank you" to his assistant, Amber. Like Dr. Shui, Amber is very professional and extremely kind. If you are in search of a highly skilled, caring doctor, look no more! I highly recommend Dr. Yujie Shui and his assistant Amber for all of your primary care needs!!

Dr. Nagata was pleasant, professional and thorough. He certainly took an interest in my case and seemed to cover all diagnostic basis. I would see him again and/or recommend to others.
