I recently visited the indoor playground, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The place was chaotic and poorly maintained. The equipment seemed old and unsafe, with broken parts here and there. It was evident that there was a lack of proper cleaning, as I noticed dirt and trash scattered around the play area. To make matters worse, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to the safety concerns raised by some parents. What shocked me the most was the presence of a dog inside the playground. This is not only unhygienic but also poses a risk for children, especially those with allergies or fear of animals. Overall, the indoor playground fell short of my expectations in terms of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable environment for their kids. It requires significant improvements before it can be considered a suitable place for children to play. According to ADA: The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times. They can’t leave the dog unattended and go play around.

We came in on a Tuesday morning, the place was clean and quiet. No one was here so my girls were excited to have the place to themselves. Gina was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. Very attentive as well. Definitely recommend this place!

My son loves it when we come here! Sometimes it can be really loud, others, like this visit are pretty chill. Alianna and Gina were working and kept things clean and fun. We usually eat pizza and other items from the cafe. They seem priced well for the luxury of not having to leave the property for food. Planning to have my son's birthday party here.

Poala was very friendly, the place was very neat and the instructors were very patient with the children. Overall it’s a nice kids place for an indoor play space on a rainy day!

My toddler and I love this place.! We love that they have a separate play area for toddlers. My son had a blast.The food was good and the staff, Gina was super nice. Gina helped with my membership questions patiently! I would definitely recommend!

This place was fantastic for my son’s birthday celebration today! It was a total hit! Children had an amazing time, food was great, and Jennifer and Ambar provided excellent assistance all the time, paying attention to every detail. I highly recommend it for hosting parties.

Great place to have a birthday party! We had my son’s 2nd birthday here and loved it! Our party host was Alejandra and she was very attentive to every detail. All the staff is very nice and the place is very clean, all the guest loved it.

I went here to celebrate my 2 year old birthday, and Yennifer was a great help, she made sure we was good the whole time. It is around Christmas time, and they were playing festive music. My 2 year old and 7 year old enjoyed it and we will be back. Awesome place

My kids love coming to Kangas! Since new management took over recently, it has been much more efficient in regard to staffing, food preparation, and customer service. We visited today and Gina was so helpful and attentive to us. She went the extra mile to ensure our visit was great. Thank you Gina!

Amazingly Clean, my granddaughter loved this place! The food was good and the staff were super nice (her name was Gina). Gina answered any questions we had and helped us with the food as well! Overall the play structure was super good and wasn’t crowded at all! They also had the little arcade games as well! I would recommend!

I saw this place on my way to the grocery store next door and my son really wanted to check it out. So we did. He fell in love with it! He told me he had more fun than he expected. Also the place is very clean which is super important. The staff is incredibly nice and professional. Thanks to Gina, Ambar and Yenny, they answered all my questions about the party set up for my son’s birthday. Definitely recommend it!

Clean and organized much better than any other ones like jump world or cosmic air. Came here for a party. We loved it. Food was good. Restroom was clean highly recommend. Paola and Amber were so helpful.

My toddler had a great time. While I was impressed by the facility, it is definitely designed for ages 5+. The toddler area is very small, and they charge full admission for a child that can only use a quarter of their facility. I would consider visiting again if they adopted a price for 3 and under that's conducive with how much of the facility they can actually enjoy. We will probably come back when he's old enough to make the price worth it.

My kids love coming to Kanga’s, it’s a wonderful place for kids to play and explore. The stuff is really nice and are here to support us parents and kids. I had the opportunity to meet Yenny at the welcome desk and she was so sweet. 💕
