Very helpful customer service and fast turn around! I brought a print in for custom framing without a firm vision for what I wanted but a definite vibe in mind, and they helped me pick out elements that matched my home so well. The result was exactly what I had hoped for - it almost felt like they read my mind! Everyone at the shop is very friendly and professional. They’re really great at what they do.

I brought multiple pieces here after a pipe broke at my house and I needed to get my concert memorabilia reframed. Sandy-Jo and Brent spent about three hours with me on 10 pieces looking at different combinations. I picked everything up today and they’re all fantastic. 10/10 will bring my next pieces here.

I've used Beard's since the 1980s. When we were shorter on cash, I tried another store. It was fine, but end product and customer service not as good as Beard's. I frequented the Mill Plain Beard's for decades until it closed. My first-time experience at the Hazel Dell Beard's was exceptional. Sandy has a great eye for what works best and was ever so patient. I love my latest piece!!

Brent really took the time to crop and prepare 4 of the best pics after my return from a Montana ranch vacation. They were transferred to metal plate images with nice wood stands. They made a double set for me to share with another couple from Texas, who made the trip with my wife and I. Quick turnaround and really eye-popping colors. All was a result of Brent listening what I wanted to achieve and he offered the best solution. Truly professional service. Many thanks.
