Have
you
ever
considered
the
power
of
yoga
for
recovery?
This
was
what
I
was
seeking
but
not
knowing
where
to
begin.
I
started
with
a
Restorative
class
with
Melissa.
Immediately
I
felt
welcome
with
a
personal
greeting
as
I
walked
through
the
door
and
that
hospitality
transitioned
into
the
studio.
I
also
observed
how
exceptionally
clean
and
organized
the
studio
was.
I
knew
the
Yoga
Lab
was
going
to
be
a
place
where
I
knew
that
I
could
learn,
grow,
and
fully
submerge
myself
into
a
new
mindset
shift
in
my
recovery
journey.
For
me,
this
was
much
more
than
increasing
my
physical
capabilities
(that
has
been
a
bonus)
I
wanted
the
challenge
of
recalibrating
my
brain
to
slow
down.
At
the
end
of
my
first
class,
Melissa
invited
me
back
with
an
opportunity
to
attend
two
more
classes,
on
her.
I
totally
took
her
up
on
that.
In
my
short
time
at
the
Yoga
Lab,
now
as
a
member,
I
am
grateful
to
have
found
another
Community
that
has
provided
me
an
additional
pathway
to
continue
to
dig
deep
and
work
through
my
hurts,
habits,
and
hang-ups.
Thank

Yoga
Lab
for
being
another
opportunity
in
our
community
for
our
community,
wherever
you
are
in
your
practice.
I'm
excited
about
the
profound
implications
of
my
journey
thus
far.
