Best jiujitsu school! The coaches are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. My kids have been going for three months now and I already see a huge difference athletically and I’m terms of discipline. I could never get my son into martial arts in the past but he looks forward to every training here. I’m so happy we found this place.

Soul fighters is amazing, right when I walked in I was immediately greeted by one of there coaches even though they already had training going. I signed my 10 year old little brother up for his first jujitsu class and plan on keeping him with soul fighters for years to come. The owner of the gym Tim is a great guy he runs his program the right way and is very respectful. If you want your kids to train with the best and have the most progress and good training you’ll bring them here. They have classes everyday of the week for the kids 4-13 years of age. Tim has a good selection of coaches that are highly experienced and know what they are doing. Even if you’re looking to sign up for classes yourself. You absolutely can’t go wrong with joining soul fighters Peoria.

Coach Tim and all the instructors are great. High level knowledge and patient when teaching. The people who train here work hard and are also very nice. Gym is clean, lots of classes throughout the day. Overall, great gym with great people!

Very friendly & welcoming community. Amazing coaches very knowledgeable, supportive & honest with criticism. They will teach you how to fix any mistakes & demonstrate proper techniques. Great gym for fitness, learning how to defend yourself & or preparing for JIU JITSU/MMA competition. I recommend checking it out if you want to do any of the above. I will definitely return in the future. Overall a phenomenal program & hospitable community.

We’ve been bringing our daughter for 3 months. The quality of training, hands down, is the best in the area and our daughter loves it. Highly recommend.

I used to train bjj for awhile and then of course life happened. Was training off and on but the gym I was at was a little too far, so I guess that was my excuse not to go. Iykyk. Then I remembered an old training partner of mine JX talking about his gym, so I said I'll give it a shot. From the moment I walked in JX was awesome, I hadn't trained gi in probably 2.5-3 years and it was awesome. Next step was no-gi I little more advanced, so needless to say I was a bit nervous. When I walked in Tim was there greating me and assuring me he'd be there to ease my way in. Technique was very hands on and there was always someone there to correct any mistake throughout each technique and believe me I had plenty of them. When it came to rolling we started in positions we just learned which was perfect, even though I messed them up, Lol but that's how you restart. 😁 I was so happy I signed up on the spot. So if you're looking for a spot in Peoria, stop by.

I’ve been training jiu jitsu for over 7 years and TWBJJ is one of the best places I’ve trained at in the valley. You can tell right away that the head instructor Tim Welch cares alot for all his students, no matter of the belt color. If you are a beginner or experienced in the sport, you will be welcomed with open arms. The students/training partners here are amazing and they give off a small family type of vibe. If you are a novice and looking to start a fun hobby or are an experienced grappler looking for a new challenge, I recommend coming to TWBJJ. You won’t be disappointed.
