I come here for AMS oil specifically but I've come more often because this store usually has everything I need. Today however, after purchasing some items, my Mustang wouldn't start. A gentleman who's helped me at the counter many times didn't even hesitate to hear the no-crank and he got a jump box and came out and I didn't even know he was doing this. The issue stranded me for quite a while as I worked to figure out the problem. Staff were gracious and provided tools and a battery clamp (for free!). What other parts staff at stores do this? No one. For this I am grateful, as if it weren't for their assistance, I'd have been calling a flatbed. Thank you guys, your helpfulness says volumes! Signed - - the guy with the white Mustang.
