As usual, I was very pleased with my visit to Lenox Hill today. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I had about a 15 minute wait to see the technician. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful! She made having a mammogram “not so bad” . She immediately set my mind at ease. I do recommend this facility to a lot of people I know!

First time there and was extremely turned off. The MRI techs and the office staff were exceptionally nice. That’s the only reason I gave it even two stars. The building itself is a dump. Stains on the carpet, musty smell, not well kept at all. I was very uncomfortable being there. Such a disappointment.

Very pleasant. & efficient at front desk! The technician in training was sweet and confirmed that it was ok for her to watch the procedure ! The radiologist was sensitive and caring to this somewhat embarrassing situation. She was careful to get exactly what she needed to get the perfect results! I’ve been a patient there for many years and that won’t change! Thank you!

The service was great from time I walked in the door. The assistant at the desk was very professional and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment was for 1030 and they called me to the back at that time. Service was superb.

Fast and proficient staff. Went for an MRI, did the paperwork, short wait, 10 minute in MRI and done. Steve made me feel super comfortable for the MRI. They have headphones and can play YouTube to help you . Overall I’ll be going here for all my scans.

Excellent appointment schedule, pro-exam paper prepared in advanced, on day of appointment, fast efficient check in. Actual examination was professional and all my personal matters was fully explained and what was to be expected.

The staff is so patient and helpful. They are so kind and keep patients informed of what they’re doing. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Oh yes Tisha is about to go full force on this review LOL. Love love loveeee this place!! I come from Brooklyn and don't mind that 40 minute drive (without traffic) just to get wayyyy better wayyyy faster service. They don't play here. Soon as you walk in they don't waste time they're like "hello how may I help you", Take your info/paperwork, sit down, and You get called LITERALLY within 10-15 minutes no matter how much people are waiting to be seen. They call you, they get the job done, you're straight out the door and about your business for the day. Had I've gone to a brooklyn location I will spend HOURS for no reason or pure procrastination. Some people just love what they do and some just don't. Now This place is BOMB! better service, better care, fast and quick, place is clean! Big better business shoutout to the *front desk clerk pretty lady JENNIFER. Jennifer is legit 1 of the best I've ever met when it comes to customer service (wish I can award her or give her so much more) she went above and beyond so I wouldn't have to come back and forth. Lets Talk about a chunk of consideration and the thought that counts. Love you girl. And many blessings to you and yours. *front desk clerk with the curly nice hair (didn't get her name but she's always smiling and nice) *the male tech who takes the MRIs with the glasses super nice and very attentive and communicates 1000% to have you at ease during procedure (forgot to get his name) *Rosie another radiology/MRI tech she's beautiful, nice, had so much patience but also moved swiftly. And helped me out so much. Many blessings to her as well. I don't know how many times I'm gonna need radiology services in life but this is and will be my go to location while in NY.
