I am a prospective new tenant. I had the opportunity to visit Derby Run in 2018. Definitely the floor plan, the individual bathrooms, the inside washer/dryer availability and a balcony put this property at the top of my priorities. I love the setting. Pius S

I am currently in the application process with Derby Run and I've got to say I am impressed. Ms. Michelle is very kind friendly and I can tell she's definitely on my team and rooting and working hard for me to have my home ASAP. My experience with her has been very enjoyable and I would recommend Derby Run if you're looking for friendly, professional, down-to-earth staff. Should I choose to make Derby Run my home officially, I will continue to update this review. However, as of now, I am thoroughly pleased! Update: Two days from now, I will have been here for two weeks. I am changing my five-star rating as it applied only to my application process. My time at Derby has been very enjoyable. Move in was fast! Another plus- My apartment was clean and I had new appliances! The only downside, (the reason I decreased my rating) was because I had a few maintenance issues that I felt could have been handled more efficiently through better communication as far as the timing of when my requests would be completed.

The rental office is nice and clean and so is the apartment complex. The staff was very wonderful and answered all of my questions. They staff also make you feel like a person, not a "quota". The community is wonderful and quiet. I am definitely considering moving to Derby Run just based off the way the rental staff treated my fiancé and I. They a very professional. If they had more than five starts I would give them 10/10 for overall experience!

Stopped by just to get information and had the pleasure of dealing with Ms Ebony. She was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and even showed me an apartment. I was surprised when she told me she'd be able to get me in on or before the time that I'm trying to move. The apartment was very spacious and had everything I need plus more. I'm looking forward to being able to call Derby Run my new home!!!

I went in for a tour a couple of weeks ago. I loved the spacious floor plan! The woman assisting me made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, I feel awful that I can’t remember her name at the moment. She was even nice and friendly with the current residents, and they responded in kind which made me feel like it wasn’t just a show. Any questions were all answered and I am looking forward to calling this place my new home.

I went for a tour at Derby Run this past Monday 5/20/19, and the staff was awesome. I did a tour with Ebony and she was very thorough, she answered all my questions and explained everything about the apartment. We will be back very soon to apply.

From start to finish the visit was amazing. Ebony was very nice and informative on the process to move in... The tour was also very amazing as well too. My family and I were very impressed on how spacious the apartment was and after we enjoyed a yummy snack and a nice ice cold bottle of water. I plan on being a resident sooner then later. Thanks

Derby Run is so wonderful. Me and my wife and kids just moved out here and I love it . The staff at Derby Run Apartments are great. They are really professional and respectful. The environment is clean and safe. They care about there residents and their community. I love my apartment so much. I would recommend Derby Run Apartments to anyone.
