I am very particular about my hair, so when I moved to Greenville I was very selective about finding a regular salon for hair treatments. I regularly get cuts, color, and gloss, and I have also had my eyebrows done here. Every single service has been a 10/10, and I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and it’s clear they want clients to feel comfortable and pleased. I normally see two different stylists, depending on the schedule, and they are Amber and Ashley. I have been thoroughly happy with each of them and I always leave the salon feeling refreshed and like my hair is so pretty that I could be in a shampoo commercial lol. Immediately upon entering the salon you are greeted and offered a complimentary drink (I usually go with either the Orange creme latte or the London Fog, they’re both so good). The hair treatments are top notch and you’re always treated like the results you want are top priority. I’ve never been to a salon I like better and I’ll keep coming here as long as I live here!

As a regular client of Brooke's, I'm at The Beautiful Co. quite often! The space is always clean + inviting, and I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and offered a refreshment. The lash room is quiet and relaxing. Nothing beats their essential oil diffuser and weighted blanket while getting your lashes done. Brooke has done my lashes for three years, and always does a phenomenal job! I've never had an issue with breakage or losing lashes with her. It is so nice to get a lash lift + tint, and be able to skip mascara most days. My lash lifts last between 4-6 weeks, and then I'm back in her chair for more! I couldn't recommend The Beautiful Co. (and Brooke!) enough!

My hairstylist is the best I’ve ever had!! My hair has never looked as good as has with her helping me decide what’s needed. And the head massage 💆‍♀️ is seriously a highlight to my month!! The beautiful salon is wonderful and calming as well. Only downside is the increase in prices recently making it hard to continue coming but I know that’s not my stylists fault. She is 100% amazing

After moving from Florida, and looking for a new hair stylist, I found Kayla. Although when I first tried to book, she did not take new clients so I was put on a cancellation list and was called after a couple weeks. I went for the first time today and was blown away both by how well she listened, how nice she truly is, and most especially the incredible job she did on my short, fine hair. She exceeded my expectations in all ways and I enjoyed the whole process. Everyone who works there has excellent customer service skills and that made me feel valued as a new client. So happy to have found this salon! Thank you Kayla!

This is a truly fabulous salon with a very welcoming culture!! I would give higher stars if I could!! This place rocks! Kayla is the best! She has a great vibe and very talented hairdresser! Thanks to the owner for creating a great space/culture that feels like a big hug!!

I have been going to Amber for the past year and so. Not only do I get a haircut there but also my family members. We have been more than pleased with the experience, kindness, service at Beautiful Co. I always get layers, framing around my face. It comes out exactly what I’m looking for. Also the scalp massage they give when washing your hair is so relaxing, exactly what you need after a long day.

If you're wanting loyalty in a stylist and salon, I recommend you don't go to this one. My colorist for years was on maternity leave, and they used another stylist to take her place temporarily. I had an appointment for several months ahead of time, and it was confirmed with a text. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I missed my appointment and that the stylist left for the day. They had changed my appointment time to earlier, without ever confirming the change with me at all. When I tried to get another appointment, there was nothing soon at all. I had an event to go to that weekend, and was left high and dry. This is SOOO unprofessional. When I contacted Meghan, she took the side of the salon and showed no loyalty to me as a client after years of paying her. This salon is expensive and all about the money...ONLY THE MONEY. I have since found another colorist who does my hair equally as well and for much less money. I hope this helps someone out there if they are looking for loyalty. You won't find it here.

The best Salon I’ve ever been too. Went here for an extension consult and am now almost a year in to Kayla Perone doing my hand tied extensions and color and I’m in love. The space is beautiful the staff is so kind and Kayla gives the best head massages.
