I do not have enough nice words to say about the Club Merion! I absolutely love living here! The whole complex is clean and has such a home feel from the moment you walk in. The office staff is the heart of the building and they care so much for their tenants! They honestly are the most welcoming and loving staff I have ever worked with! They celebrate with you through all of lives moments! If you have a request for anything or need anything, it is their first priority to help and make sure we are happy. I just moved here and they have helped me so much by helping me find doctors and hairdressers. All the staff is happy to sit down and get to know you, they have honestly become a family to me and my husband. I have been so blessed to be here and have the privilege to know these wonderful people. My recommendation would be to live here as soon as an apartment is available!

I have lived here for 14 years and love it here. The staff is very professional and responsive. Maintenance is quick and take care of my requests same day. The building is clean and quiet and the trails outside are very pretty. It’s a nice location in Columbia and still close to restaurants and shopping.

Club Merion is a fantastic apartment. The staff is wonderful, always there when you need them and extremely reliable. The neighborhood is safe and outstandingly clean. Every member of the Merion team from the maintenance to the excellent cleaning service to the lovely ladies at the front office are a pleasure to deal with. And there are events on events going on thanks to the Miss Carolina and Miss Sue, but best of all, donuts in Friday! If I could give a 6th star I would!

The Club Merion and it's team are awesome!! I lived at the Club Merion for a few years before I purchased my home. This is a property management team that goes above to foster a concept of community and to make their residents feel special and appreciated. I recall the many times that they organized many social opportunities on site and after work for residents to get to know one another as neighbors. I still remember the first time I walked into the cool lobby and before meeting Sue, Nho and the team, I knew immediately that I wanted to live here; it was so welcoming and you just felt it would be an awesome place to live. It's privately tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, buzzed entry, an elevator, large sized units, a trash compactor on each floor (you didn't have to leave your floor to put out the trash - I was in love lol) , a party room, an inviting lobby to welcome guests; it was above exceptional for the time that I lived there! Thanks, Sue and team for making my residential experience at the Club Merion 5 stars!!!!!

Definitely my best renting experience. Caring and friendly staff (especially Sue, the property manager), well managed/maintained grounds, and high quality living spaces. I rented here and left the area for a few years, and when I came back to the area this was at the top of my list. I'd happily recommend to anyone.

I have lived in this apartment complex for four years and have had a great experience. I have lived in two different units and both were well-maintained and comfortable. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team responds quickly whenever I put in a help ticket. One thing I really appreciate about this complex is the lack of noise problems. I have never had an issue with hearing my neighbors, which has made my living experience very peaceful. Additionally, the complex hosts fun competitions like bingo and egg hunts with prizes! The outside and common areas of this complex are always clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the management team takes pride in the appearance of the complex. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a friendly and well-maintained living space.

I’ve been living at the Club Merion now going on 12 years. Sue and all of the staff for my time here have been fantastic. Whenever there is a maintenance issue it’s taken care of either that day or the following morning. There are always community events planned here at the Merion, the gym is always clean, the building secure, the outside lawns and flowers are always maintained…ITS HOME and the staff make it feel that way. I highly recommend the Club Merion to anyone looking for a great comfortable place to live.

I’ve been living at the Club Merion for about 2 years now, and it’s been such a great experience. My roommate and I were searching for apartments during the pandemic, which was a bit of a challenge since we were unable to tour them. I really appreciated how helpful Sue and the management team were during the entire leasing process. They answered all of our questions thoroughly, got us onto the waitlist quickly and were so welcoming! The apartments themselves are quiet and comfortable, and the building is very well maintained and safe. The building is also conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and the Columbia Mall. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful the management and maintenance teams are! They are all super helpful and friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Sue and Caroline especially are so incredibly kind and I always look forward to seeing them. I would highly recommend living here!

We had a great experience with everyone at Club Merion. The staff was super helpful and professional. From start to end, Sue and Caroline could not have been more helpful. Maintenance was very responsive when we needed help. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. I will definitely rent from Club Merion again!

This is my second time being a resident here at the Club Merion after being away for 10+ years. Sue and Caroline are top notch managers and their assistance and thoughtfulness in helping me move back exceeded all my expectations. They made me feel like family and they truly care about all the residents and will go the extra mile to assure that your living experience is a very positive one. I love being here and I haven't stopped smiling since the first day I move back on June 1, 2023. When I was here before, I had back surgery and was so surprised when the team sent me the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. It was such a comfort to know I was cared for so much and my recovery was speedy because of their thoughtfulness. Even service requests are handled with such a quick turnaround immediately after they are submitted, that is a real plus and unlike anything I have ever experienced at other communities. I can't say enough about The Club Merion, except that I am so happy to be back home again!!

I have lived here for over a year and a half and it is the best apartment I have ever lived at! It is very well maintained, very clean, and has amazing management! The apartment is very spacious, and the overall is very quiet. The location one of my favorite parts as while feeling tucked away is also very conveniently close to everything I need with a short commute to work, the store, shopping, coffee, etc! Overall it is an amazing place to call home and I recommend it to everyone!

I've been living in Club Merion Apartments for 1 1/2 years. The building is clean and well maintained. In the time I've lived in the apartment I've made two non-emergency maintenance requests, and both repairs were completed the same day. Sue, Caroline, and all of the staff are very helpful and nice. Before moving in I read one review which said that the walls are "paper thin"; in my experience I have not found this to be true. However, even though the floors are made of concrete, and do a good job of blocking most of the noise, if you have trouble sleeping I would recommend renting a unit on the top floor, if possible. Overall it's a great place to live, and I highly recommend it. On a side note... When I was still trying to decide where to live I had to opportunity to speak with someone who had been living in Club Merion for 26 years; she only had good things to say about Sue, Caroline, the staff, and Club Merion in general.

I can't say enough about how much I love the Club Merion! I just moved here a couple of months ago and already feel so at home here! Sue, Caroline, and the maintenance staff made my move from college seamless and offered all their assistance while I settled in. The building is very clean, parking is plentiful, and there are resources for residents throughout, such as shopping carts for help bringing in groceries or other large loads. Getting to stop by the front office to see Sue, Caroline, and other residents who have stopped by always brightens my day after work, and the endless seasonal/holiday decorations around the building makes the place festive and homey at the same time! Sue & Caroline are two of the most thoughtful people I have ever met! From planning events for the residents and hanging up handmade fliers to writing cards for birthdays to really getting to know everyone who lives here- they make living at the Club Merion feel like one big family! I can't walk through the front door without smiling knowing that I'm home at Club Merion!
