Playhouse Square has always been a solid entertainment venue and a special part of Cleveland. Their Broadway series always brings the best shows to town. Our most recent visit was to see Tori Amos in concert and it was like a time machine back to the 90s. Magical. Thanks for continuing to be a world-class theater venue.

Went to see Wicked. Was a great play and staff was friendly. Everyone had a mask and was asked to show vaccination card. Line to get in went quickly if you were ready with the document. Concession is expensive. 15 for a soda and pretzel but was tasty. I had higher seats so wasn't as detail but could see the Actors fairly well. Hanna theatre was PACKED. So imagine waiting 10 to 15mins for a bathroom break. Use the restroom prior to play. Overall such a beautiful theatre!

My favorite place in Cleveland to see my favorite comedians when they past through town. I've seen some of the best shows including Ron White, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Apparently they also have ballet and other entertainment options. Make sure you buy parking with your tickets in advance or best of luck finding a spot in a local lot for under $20 close to the show.

We have been season ticket holders for a couple years. Playhouse square is truly the most incredible place that Cleveland has. Everyone needs to take advantage of this amazing place. Every show we have seen every event we have attended has been top notch. Including the most recent Marquee moments. The performances were great, the Marquee lighting was incredible. Keep doing what you're doing to put Cleveland on the map.

Playhouse Square is home to some of the most elegant, beautiful and ornate theaters in the world. I have been to the famed Pantages Theater in Toronto and the playhouses in Cleveland are more impressive, beautiful and spectacular than Pantages. The architecture and design is elegant and rich. There are several different playhouses in one huge building, which enables them to host multiple events at one time. We have seen several plays, ballets, orchestras, concerts and more over the years. It is always a splendid event no matter what you see.

We saw Jesus Christ Superstar tonight and we enjoyed it immensely! The cast did such amazing, amazing job and we were moved to tears several times. The band and orchestra kept us hooked with their magical music. ❀️❀️❀️

Attended Tri-C Jazz Festival on Playhouse Square. It was so great to be out enjoying activities like this again. The festival was a lot of fun. Playhouse Square was filled with night lift. Love the chandelier and all the lights.

This was probably my favorite show here. That's a strong probably because frankly, they've all been very good. We went to see The Wiz. It was nothing short of amazing! It made you feel all of the nostalgia from the movie while updating it just enough to make you laugh even more. I honestly wish I could go again. The actors were brilliant with voices and vocal ranges you couldn't buy. The dance numbers were a fine mix of past, present, and a little bit of future. The costumes 😍 nothing short of magnificent! Tony Award these people please! And the cherry on top was Deborah Cox as Glinda.

We came here for the Marquee Moments lighting of the Playhouse Square theatre marquees. This is another great example of Playhouse Square showing off of our gem in the city. You had to be there to really see it. There was entertainment from 5:30 - 9:00 from Apostle Jones, Loconti Band, and then Andy Grammer with the lighting at the climax of the night.

Always an amazing time! I’ve seen countless shows and concerts here. The season tickets are worth it for sure. Recently as Hairspray on opening night and enjoyed every minute of it.

I love it here. I've seen so many good shows since moving back home two years ago. There are several different theatres to visit. The theatres have beautiful architecture and I'm excited to see the new marquees.

We love Playhouse Square! It's a beautiful suite of theaters, and soon they'll be decorating for the holidays! We are so lucky to have these theaters in our area! You can see touring shows and local shows here!

It was a very entertaining evening at the Playhouse Square! This venue houses multiple theaters in the downtown Cleveland theater district. I was able to buy tickets online a few weeks in advance for The Hip Hop Nutcracker at The Keybank State Theater. The only option they gave was to mail the tickets directly to my home, which they did so promptly. Advance paid parking is available at the time of purchase. They also offer valet parking at a price of 40, which I highly recommend! It was a wonderful convenience on a cold winter's night. The Playhouse Square is located in a very safe area downtown. The multiple theaters show plays, musicians, comedians, and more! Definitely check out all they have to offer. It's one of the best places to spend an evening while in Cleveland!

Nice to be back in 2022 after not being there for 2 years because of CoVid. There must have been updates, because the sound system was so good! We were way up in the balcony and the sound was "blowing us away", so clear, even when spoken dialogue was given. Theaters and outside just as beautiful as ever!

The show we got to see was amazing (Choir of Men), everyone was covid compliant. The area is gorgeous, especially at night time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys the arts.

Went to see Wicked just as cases were spiking with the newest variant. Was very nervous but the tickets were a gift so we went. Playhouse square does a fantastic job of enforcing their requirements and we were happy to comply to have a bit of normalcy. No one minded wearing a mask. Theater was a little hot but not uncomfortably so. We had a very enjoyable evening and would go again in a heartbeat.

Very nice gallery! Saw the Mummies exhibit, which was very impressive. Wonderful, friendly staff greeted me at the door. Great giftshop at the end. Nearby parking. Had a lovely time and will return!

One of the coolest places in Cleveland. The architecture of the buildings is unreal. I could probably spend a day just looking at it before I even got to watching a show. Speaking of which, are well done. Heading here again in the near future. Support the arts and history of the area.

The Playhouse Square is the exact reason that Ohio ranks itself as the 2nd biggest theater state (other than Broadway) Truly an entrancing venue that brings in some of the best musicals, theater, stand up, and more to the heart of Cleveland. High quality customer service from the staff. A splendid place to spend an evening.

We saw Whose Live Anyway this weekend and it was really great! The theater is beautiful. The location is an easy drive off the highway, especially if you don't love driving in cities.

We came to see Hamilton Live and oh, my, gosh. They absolutely did not disappoint. It was so much better than what we say on television. Look, I'm not a crier. I cried. It was absolutely amazing. The theater itself is astonishing and I cannot wait to go back for another show!!

What a great place to spend an afternoon/evening. It’s beautiful starting with the outside atmosphere…. All the way to the inside. The staff is very helpful. We saw β€œAin’t Too Proud”. It was a wonderful show. I recommend anyone who loves music to see this show.

I enjoyed the show. Parking garage attacked to building. Great seats on the floor, front row. Architecture downtown is always stunning. Staff was professional. Construction made it difficult to gain access to the correct entrance but helpful doorman next door was of assistance. Sushi En is in the same building and attached to the hallway to the theater. Show was in Outcalt.

Saw Casting Crowns last night and my sister's and I can't give the ushers enough praise. I believe her name was Mary, but most likely wrong because I only saw her name tag in passing, but she was awesome helping us when it got too much for our disabled sister to walk. She got us a wheelchair and even had it waiting for us at the end of the show. She was super patient when she wanted to stop and take a picture with one of the artists as well as the merchandise table, and even located pain reliever for the same sister well. A gentleman at the door was patient waiting for them while my small town self tried to navigate a big city. Seriously I come from a town of 9000 and that's the biggest town in the county.

A very nice and hip part of Cleveland. Plenty of great places to eat and drink. Lots of great shopping or just taking in the beautiful architecture in the building's around the city. Many different cultures make up this great city. Come and enjoy all this fine city has to offer.

Went to see Jesus Christ Superstar at the Conner Theater (Formerly the Palace) and had a phenomenal time. Theater is still beautiful, like always and the Ushers and staff were over the top helpful & friendly. If you haven't been there, go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
